This place is a scam, they will stop responding to you after you make the purchase. They won't even answer the phone and one of the sales associates used a fake address. Don't do it. Find someone you know and trust to build you a site. Don't waste your money. Plus, most people do fake reviews. This is a sophisticated organization that will rip you off. Don't ignore this just because there are many positive reviews. It's a scam.
I did some research and compared a couple of different sites and found Brilliant Directories easy to deal with, answered questions clearly and easily. There were no hidden cost and their VIP add on deal is very competitive. It's early days but so far very happy with my decision of going with Brilliant Directories.
Just purchased my first directory with this company. So far the customer service has been spot on. I loved the demo and look forward to launching multiple sites with their team!

So grateful to have found you guys. The only criticism I can say is there are so many features built in that there's a lot to learn. I migrated from another platform, so it took me about 2 weeks to get everything transferred over. I did most of it myself. Members were easy to add. But some of my events and articles I had to manually copy and paste into my brilliant site.
But every time I have a question your amazing support team (especially the wonderful Gloriana) is always there to point me in the right direction.
Not only am I happy with my shiny new site (YAY), my member's are also elated with joy from all the new toys and tools brilliant offers for them.

I wrote a review in 2016, and here I am still with these folks. They are the best. No matter what question, what problem that may arise they are right on top of it. Their add on features are awesome and always growing and I am always excited to see these new features which add to the quality of my directory. The site is always fast, always up, and you know with Brilliant that they are always there to assist. What more can you ask for. I love these folks.

I want to genuinely thank jason at Brilliant Directories. My wife and I have been trying to put together a community website for parents with a nationwide directory of toddler programs for children 1-4. We have tried multiple times with Wordpress themes and were even dupped by overseas developers and lost some money there. We had given up on the project entirely. We did a lot of research looking for an online database that would meet the needs of our business. We chose Brilliant Directories due to it's inclusion of online communication tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and others which we plan to use to better communicate with our audience. The latest (UX technology) considers how effective webmasters are in getting visitors to do something (buy, sell, join, call me, etc). Briliiant Directories has nailed it! Getting visitors to your site depends entirely on content. "Video" is the number one search term attraction and BD has made it enticing for members (who are universally, incredibly lazy about keeping their web pages up to date) to add videos and text. Those two things win searches. I thank whoever it is who thought this thing (Brilliant Directories) up.

As a lot of you searching we did a ton. I know a lot about all the WP and plugins and different directory type templates and this BD is going to do the job. They were much more patient with us asking all types of questions while doing the demo online. One of their competitors edirectory was not very good salesmen and a little obtuse. Ither way BD software will serve us better in the long run and does not require us to buy a bunch of mods like edirectory does. Both are good software but for us Brilliant Directories is going to be better and has almost all the options we need.

I am a web developer with a unique business idea and I was looking for a solution to help streamline what I wanted the to do. From a functionality perspective Brillaint directories had everything I was looking for. And the fact that the system was clean simple and robust made it even more attractive. I develop with bootstrap and this makes it even more attractive to a person like me because although I do like Wordpress but I like and always prefer the type of control that bootstrap frameworks give as well as their responsive capabilities. The support is awsome and prompt. As long as they continue with this level of service I will always be loyal!

It works great for what it's good at, but for managing a directory or membership website there's just too many plugins and themes that tend to clash. That was why our founders decided to build a system from scratch based on Bootstrap :)

Brilliant Directories has everything built in for your listings-photos, videos, etc. and you don't have to worry about hosting! It can be monetized immediately by selling listings or membership packages, placing ads or paid referrals. You can customize the look, fonts, colors, graphics, layout and pages. Plus you can work at your own pace adding coupons, galleries, a blog, classified section or real estate listings. Don't bother wasting your time with directory plugins or WP themes. I know this for a fact! Nothing is as tested and powerful as this system. Oh, and their customer service is awesome! They have a great team of people there to see to your success!
