I had a very special event coming up and needed a WOW necklace. I knew I wanted to invest in something of really good quality but that also had that WOW factor. Brilliant Earth's collection did not disappoint. They had several items that were very interesting and at reasonable price points. I ended up splurging a bit more than I had intended to, but I know I'll have this piece for years to come. It arrived on time and was really nicely packaged. I appreciate the care they took in sending it to me.

I recently bought the most beautiful bracelet online from Brilliant Earth. It was just as gorgeous in person as it was photographed online. You never know if you can trust websites these days to ensure you're going to actually receive what you see online, but you definitely can with Brilliant Earth. The description of my bracelet was bang on and really exceeded my expectations in person when I got the delivery. Very happy with my purchase!

One of the prongs came loose that was holding the diamond in my engagement ring that we purchased from Brilliant Earth quite some time ago. I called their toll free line to inquire about repairs and the associate was extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with. She advised me of their policies and how to go about returning the ring for repair. The advertised turn around time was accurate and when I got my ring back it was better than before- they even cleaned it up really nicely for me! I loved my ring before and even more now. I swore I'd write this review to commend Brilliant Earth not only for their excellent service to my husband when he purchased, but stellar customer service even after purchase with this repair.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from Brilliant Earth and brought them back to be cleaned and have mine repaired before Covid. I forgot to write this review earlier, however I wanted to thank Brilliant Earth for the exceptional products and service. The repair was completely my fault, and they were so nice and welcoming when I returned to have them repair it for me. We took advantage of the fact that we were having it repaired to have both of our rings also cleaned nicely and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service we received when we initially bought them and when we returned to have mine fixed was amazing. Since some jewellery purchases are quite expensive, you want to be sure you can trust the company you're choosing to go with, and you can definitely do that with Brilliant Earth! Thanks guys!

I recently bought my girlfriend an engagement ring through Brilliant Earth's site and I was extremely satisfied with the product when I received it earlier this week.
