BEWARE ITS FRAUD- SCAM
Color Different- Pattern Wrong
Bought 6 Backdrop- All colour different than the photos advertised. 2 Backdrop had the photo Stretched and Pattern different. Not willing to take back at all as i wanted to send back. Waste of Money.

I placed an order for one backdrop on March 5th, the website days to expect 9-12 business to receive the order. We are now April 28th and still no order. Shipping tracking stalled on March 18th. I have been communicating with customer service, she said she would refund shipping, which HAS NOT BEEN DONE, and to keep waiting. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, I receive no response at all. My order is stuck somewhere in China, I have no backdrop and now zero communication with customer service. This ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. SCAM COMPANY.

I hate when companies aren't upfront about the manufacturing of products. The generic replies "your product has been shipped" smh I'm uploading tracking information from buy-backdrop and Patpat.com an amazing clothing manufacturer. Look at the difference in service and noth company's are located in the same town. There is no excuse for buy-backdrop to take this long, unless they're ordering from Alibaba.

Takes forever to arrive been waiting 3 days short of 2 months finally had to claim a refund from paypal.

I purchased from this business two backdrops. They arrived dirty, with stains on it. Additionally, they were printed on old material so the backside had football helmets and letters that shone through the other side. I requested a refund. They denied and told me that if I cared that much I could wash them. I was astonished by that reply because obviously that is completely unprofessional. They refused to offer a refund, and even their e-mail responses were absurd. DO NOT waste your time or money.

Update: after I posted this review, they told me to delete it. They advised they will only return my money after I delete the review. I explained I won't do that and for my review to change they would have to give the refund, otherwise why am I deleting it? They persisted and won't give me my money back unless I delete the review first. So unprofessional, this website is a full scam. Their products are not at all as advertised - dirty, terrible quality and totally not useable. Screenshots attached where you can see the seller refuses to refund my money unless I delete my review FIRST. Do NOT shop here.

Went to site and found what I needed.
They offered quick, fast delivery, 3-5 days in US for an additional $25. I bought item for a secret engagement. 2 weeks and still no product.
Contacted company for delivery refund, got run around, said due to Covid, blah blah. I've ordered overnight during Covid from other sites without problem.

I ordered quite a few different products through this company and when they arrived the quality was terrible. I purchased the more expensive versions that were supposed be crease-free and they had deep creases making them unusable. In addition, the printing was pixelated so could never be used for photo shoots.

This company pretends to be UK based but it is NOT! It is in China, so I also got a customs bill for around 23 pounds that I was not expecting.

I complained and requested a refund and Buy Backdrops refused to do anything so I had to escalate the claim via PayPal.

PayPal eventually agreed a refund would be issued if I returned the backdrops, which I did following all the guidelines and uploaded documents proving this to PayPal as requested. The postage fee was over £50 but I decided it was better than losing all the money and get some back. I was WRONG! Buy backdrops refused to accept delivery of the package and refused to provide customs documents. Therefore customs destroyed the package.

I contact buy backdrops forwarding them the information from the delivery company and asked them why they refused to accept delivery and they pretended they knew nothing about it and denied this even though I attached proof to the email.

I informed PayPal and said I have proof from the carrier however my claim was denied because they said they only paid out if the package was returned. What a joke! PayPal don't support their customers instead they support con artists.

Not only are the products and services provide by Buy Backdrops crap, they also made me spend an extra £50 returning goods they had no intention of accepting! Bringing the total money I have lost to over £200!

I never write bad reviews and gave them plenty of opportunities to resolve the situation and sadly they do not care about their customers.

Do not trust this company!

The customer service experience is good, communication with Bella by emails, which is great! We received backdrops which are right size and quality extra my expectations. Although I have many requirements about our order, there is no difficulty for them so far. The vendor is so professional! It would be great if the delivery time will more faster, and overall it is good!

When I opened the backdrop I ordered, I was shocked. The design is so professional and clever, it is completely in line with my custom idea! The backdrop is really what I'm looking for, thanks for customer service for correct communication! I can't wait to use it at my sister's party next week. I believe it is a great gift and she will like it! Great!

The quality is good, it extra my needs, the backdrop is the same as the description on website, it ships out quickly, and arrives faster than expected! However, I bought polyester material which is heavy, if i use clamps to hang it on stand, it is not convenient. I would like make grommets on backdrop. I ordered a new background and informed Bella, who promised add grommets on backdrop for me.

Extremely poor quality backdrop. Looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I sent photos through and they suggested what I had taken a photo of was the back and suggested I open it. It is the front I photographed that's how bad it was, yet still they try and make excuses to not give me my money back. Still trying to get a full refund and instructions on how to return the backdrop. Customer service are avoiding the question and playing back and forth. I do not have time to be emailing 7-8 times I just want a refund. Tried to leave a review on the website and strangely I couldn't login with my email address anymore. Would not recommend.

I need this wooden backdrop for a cake smash shoot. Thank you for your prompt response. I add other decorations. I have plenty pictures.

Ordered 2 seasonal backdrops for fall and winter on Oct. 1,2020. I have not received the items as of today, Nov. 13. I have emailed them 3 times regarding this with no response what-so-ever. So, Jason Z., Covid may be an excuse for slow shipping since it's shipped from China, but there is no excuse for poor customer service. Never again! So if you want to respond to my complaint/review, do it with some information about my order. Or, just be so kind as to reship the 2 items. And I have been provided the tracking number information; I've looked on multiple package tracking sites and there is no information on tracking since Oct. 9th. No it has not been delivered, so don't go there.

The three cloth backdrops arrived today.
