I purchased multiple backdrops from them it has been 4 months since and I have emailed every week I have had no reply no tracking no nothing but yes the money was taken! Do not purchase from this disgrace of a ‘buisness' your money will get taken then goodluck trying to get your product they don't even care

Terrible company! Never even received my 10% off as a first time customer, well it looks like I'll be a last time customer. Do not recommend this company.

I ordered 2 backdrop and used shipping which indicated max 12 days delivery. After 2 month still I have not got my items and anytime try to have a chat with their operators they no sense message.
Never use this website for any purchase.

I was in the market for a new backdrop for a Halloween shoot. Came across this company and was browsing their selection when I came across what looked like a VERY familiar image. Stunned, and not yet believing what I was seeing…I went back to my Flickr account where I had previously posted my images. Sure enough, there it was…an EXACT duplicate of my image I shot at Crescent City, California. Exact camera angle, EXACT cloud formations, EXACT wave and water placement. No request to use my image, no compensation, no copyright release…just a blatant theft of my art. This company makes it's money by ripping off the public. Buy-Backdrop.com. The custom background from this vendor is awesome.
This is my fifth purchase. Both vinyl material and polyester material are good. Packed are professional. Don't worry about damage during transportation. The most friendly thing is that all size of backdrops are seamless background, which is absolutely commendable! I love it and will buy again!

The backdrop is amazing! So surprised. Ployester material is no creases. Professional packed, when open the package, the backdrop is packed by Bubble Wrap. That is more safety. The color is the same as photo on website. The percentage of wall and floor size is printed as my require.

My stand for the collapsible backdrop is missing a crucial piece. Without it, there is no way for it to hold a backdrop. When I emailed the company saying this, they sent instructions on how to use the stand. The instructions mainly showed a smaller piece that attaches to the main tripod via (what I'm missing) a screw cap that has a thinner metal piece underneath. I told them I do not have that. They told me to extend the stand and I did, and I sent a video showing that even when the stand is extended, that piece doesn't appear. I have extended and opened the stand many times as they have told me to do, because I would love to be wrong and for it to work - but it is just completely missing the piece they showed in the instructions. The latest email they sent is now re-writing their story implying that it's an "accessory" that doesn't come with the stand? Except how the stand does not function at all without it? And in the photos they originally sent, it is supposed to be attached to the top of stand itself. I have two pieces with no way to connect with one another, without that piece they showed in the instructions. I have sent multiple photos and videos showing how the stand does not look like the one in the instructions (because of the missing piece) but they are refusing to acknowledge that it is defective to avoid giving me a refund.

It says on their site that they offer custom sizes and to contact customer service for prices which I did. They informed that the size I needed was the same price as their standard sizes, but needed to be ordered horizontally instead of vertically. I more than specified this in my order. I received my order fairly promptly, but of course it's vertical instead of horizontal. I have contacted customer service 5 times, and responded to my original email notifying me that my order has processed. It appears that the only way to get a response is to post their lack of response on here.

Do NOT order from them! We placed an order in October 2020 and as of June 2021 we have only received one of the backdrops we ordered. They keep saying the rest of the order is on its way. We have contacted them multiple times to cancel the remaining order, but are only getting auto-generated messages. We have tried to ask for a refund on the items that we never received, but they won't refund our money. Our next stop is to contact our credit card company to see if we can still dispute the charges.

Complete scam. You will loose your money and never hear from them. I have complained about non-delivery and it has been like shouting into space.
