I declined their low-balled offer and requested the return of my trade-in unit. The company delayed the return and it ended up taking a month to return my unit. The irresponsible carrier they used lost my returning unit and BuyBackWorld did nothing about it. Basically they did not propose any plan to compensate my lost but keep saying they were "sorry" about the event. Excuse me, for a customer, they would like to have a genuine apologize with a compensate plan. Very disappointed about how they treat the return items like they don't care about it.
Buy Back is easy to work with and prompt with sending refund. Had issue with receiving box to send equipment and they quickly responded
I've sold many many items on their site over the years. I almost always get their return packages to mail my stuff to them. I feel their grading system, price offered, time to receive your payment and communication is excellent. I have never had an issue and have always had a great transaction.

Everything was done online and the service was fast. Once they received my phone, payment was sent out right away. Will use again if needed.
Very easy process, payment was quickly made after the iPod had been checked over. BBW was the only business that would buy back the iPod. So- very happy.
Sent in my iPhone11pro in and was honest in the condition of it. I dropped it and the front and back were cracked. Was quoted $100 with it being broke. They received it then tried to lie and say there was an activation lock on the phone. There wasn't. I owned the phone. They also lied and said find my iPhone was still activated on the phone even though it for a fact was not because I had to turn it off before I could activate my iPhone 14. They argued with me for 2 days about the status of the phone until I sent screenshots debunking there bull crap. Then they admitted I was correct and said they would continue with the evaluation and it would take another 48 hours. At this point they have already had my phone for 3 days…. After taking another 2 days they sent me a final offer of $20 because they claimed the phone would not hold a full charge. Which is bull crap because it worked fine before I cracked the screen. A cracked screen has nothing to do with the battery status. I only accepted the offer because I was tired of going back and forth and am out of town for the holidays and did not want it sent back to my home before I return. Long story short. Don't waste your time. They took 5 days when they advertise receiving payment within 24 hours of receiving device. They try to lowball you and create issues that never existed. Took 5 days just to give me $20 for a phone worth well over $500. Will never use again and I will write a review on any website I see to keep others from being scammed.
