I love receiving the Buyinvite sale emails. There is always something to purchase at a great sale price. Transaction process and delivery have always been very quick an easy and the one time I had to return a faulty product, customer service was very helpful and a replacement item was organised the same day.
I've found buyinvite very cooperative with returns - fortunately I haven't had to send back much. The staff was also great when I rang an order through because i couldn't get it through online. I have never had a complaint about their service because any problems with purchase goods have been quickly resolved.
Buying experience is good, photos give details of product. Some items require more detail in descriptions. A little slow sometimes to deliver, depending on what is ordered.
I love Buyinvite as I live very remote and it gives me an opportunity to shop for so many different items.

Having used 'Buyinvite' on a regular basis for a number of years, I have always been very happy with the quality of my purchase. One the one occasion when an item had to be returned, the support staff were very efficient and the money was refunded quickly. My only slightly negative comment, is that sometimes there are too many emails on a daily basis. Perhaps one on any given day would be better.

The process was easy in terms of purchasing and check out. One recommendation would be search functionality and greater number of categories now that you have so many sales to make it easy to find things.

I have been with buyinvite now for a long long time. I could not falter the service, I don't live in NSW but with postage and with a return if I have one is no problem. Returns have been about 2. I am very happy with buyinvite
Purchasing from the sale was the easy part. After I had nearly forgotten about the order I receive an email letting me know that 2 out of the 4 products I purchased couldn't be fulfilled. The sale was a brand I had purchased before so I thought the sizes would have been consistent, but when the stock arrived the sizing was far too small. So I was unsure whether the items had been mislabelled or whether this batch was just on the extremely small side. So I now can't trust this brand again unless I buy it from an actual store :(
