I received the modem promptly. It had good instruction with it. It wasn't perfect, but was easy to figure it out. Thank you for the good service and price of the product.

I bought a Verizon modem from them. Listed a completely different one then they sent me, and then when I tried to get a refund I had to pay to ship it back and they never refunded me ever. It's been months. Terrible company terrible customer service.

Process was very easy. From finding the compatible modem to completing the install, everything worked perfectly!

I didn't use the wifi since I had a wifi router already. I installed it in bridge mode and it worked as advertised.

It took ~10min on the phone with Optimum to set it up but now I'm done with their monthly fees and the modem works great.

The unit arrived in just a few days (to NYC) and was in good condition. The "Frontier" labeled unit worked to get my Verizon FIOS service started - no questions from the tech installer. While the router still had the previous user info like device address (that I deleted), everything else was set to default.

Was quickly able to find a modem compatible with my internet provider (Optimum). Best price after searching other sites - will repay in less than a year vs renting. Fast shipment.

Terrible nice responses from customer services but no results. I have been waiting for a refund for several months. They give instructions i follow then they give another i still follow and still nothing.

Was the same exact modem Optimum was going to install for me- this investment will pay for itself after 5 months!

I paid for expedited shipping and I have yet to receive the modem. The tracking number I see shows that the item was out for delivery on the 15th and today is the 19th. I reached out to BYOM on the 18th and they responded that the item was delivered on the 15th. Out for delivery and delivered are two different status. Further, you can see that the tracking bar has not reached the final position.

My goal was to keep Comcast hands off my wireless router. Using this modem I don't have to worry about Comcast using my Internet connection as a hotspot allowing people I don't know to use my Internet connection.

Fast shipping, product as ordered. These folks were very helpful, worked with me to resolve a slight hiccup in the process, and got me hooked up in a very short period of time, once we were able to reach an understanding. New Modem arrived and was easy to set up, almost plug and play with Comcast.

I hesitantly purchase this modem. Shipping was lightning fast I replaced the same modem I was leasing from Verizon. It took about 30 seconds to swap everything over and it worked flawlessly! I highly recommend this based on my experience. I have since returned my leased modem to Verizon saving me $144 per year! A very easy positive purchase.
