Purchased a swimsuit, made payment threw PayPal... they got their money instantly among with an additional $15 for fast shipping. 5 days later with not communication from ByGoods I emailed them. 'Oh, on its way" 4 Days later it was sent from Singapore. I finally received the item and it was the wrong size. After having to send picts to 'show' my order was wrong... with them admitting it was their error, I was offered to keep the item with a refund of less than 1/3 of what I paid 'because shipping is so expensive' or they would give me $4 to pay for my shipping to return the item. They did not offer to replace the item for the correct size but instead 'keep it, will be a good gift for someone'. I asked them to send the right size 'we don't have that size anymore' with a follow up of 'I can refund you $10 and you keep the item'. So in all I have a swimsuit I cannot wear, I'm out $15 for fast shipping plus the money I spent on the item itself... yet to see the $10 refund.

Purchased a coat for a Christmas present on November 21 2016. Was given a tracking number and a promise of 8 to 21 days shipping. Did not see package until after 1/9/2017. I refused the package and contacted ByGoods for refund. All they offered as a refund of $5.00. They also said I could pay shipping back, but to not claim it is worth more than $20.00 or there would be tariffs. They did say that they would refund my money once they receive the coat. In checking tracking for this, the it shows the packages transit back to China, but stops on January 20. In China stating it is in transit to destination. Nothing further.

Also, I tried to apply a review for the product on the ByGoods site and found out why their reviews are so good there. You cannot publish any review that contains less than 4 stars. It just goes into the bit bucket.

Do not order from Bygoods. I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov. 22, It arrived Dec. 28. When it arrived it was way to small even thought I ordered it larger than normal. In order to return it to China it would cost $700 on UPS. AT one point when I contacted customer service about the shipping time they said: "Make it a New Year's present and go get another gift." About the return" We will refund you $5.00. Go give it to a friend. Not our fault!" Do no order from this company!

I ordered a ring January 29th today is March 4th and I have not received it still. I am moving this weekend I have sent multiple messages and they just keep sending me the tracking number and say it still be 1-4 days. After the 4 days I send asking again and I got same response. Told me to contact my post office and they won't help. I check the tracking everyday and it says it's been in New York for over a week. Worst customer service. Now since I paid with PayPal I have to get them to step in to get a refund.

I ordered a backpack for school about 4 months ago. The shipping took a little long, around 3-4 weeks. So far it's really good quality. The only thing that has really happened so far in terms of breaking was a small loop around the clasp that wasn't necessary for the backpack to function. I carry my backpack with heavy binders and a lunchbox every day, and there are no signs of tearing. I haven't tried washing it yet, but because it's canvas I assume it's possible. They have the cutest backpacks available, and the one I ordered is amazing quality.

I also ordered a sweater on this website. It's pretty good quality, but it doesn't fit exactly exact. I have eczema, so I cannot wear this sweater for long periods of time without it itching me. It's not unbearable, and i'm sure that the sweater would be fine for any person with normal skin.

Overall I would highly recommend this website.
