I buy smart watch and Tennis racket. The watch not working properly and they refuse to return also the tennis i make return request but they cancel it when i ask them they tell we are sorry for this mistake and make request but no thing happen. They are just liers
My order was delivered to the wrong address. Although it was marked as "delivered," I never received it. I raised the issue with Trendyol customer service, and only after my complaint did they send a photo of a door—one that is clearly not mine. At no point was I notified by the delivery person or provided with proof of delivery until I followed up myself.
Instead of taking responsibility, Trendyol advised me to ask my neighbors or search for the package on my own, which is completely unacceptable. It is not my responsibility to recover a misdelivered item. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I was told to wait—first 7 days, then 8—only to be informed that since the cargo company marked it as delivered, nothing further could be done.
This response essentially implies that I must accept the loss of my order without a refund or redelivery. It's been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and I find the lack of accountability and resolution deeply concerning.

Dear Trendyol Team, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the ongoing issue regarding my refund, which has now been pending for over a month. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have received no resolution, only false assurances from your customer support team. The delay is clearly due to the shipping company arranged by Trendyol, which has acted in an unprofessional manner. They have not contacted me for pickup, nor have they made any effort to collect the return item. When I raised this with your team, I was given contact details for SHIPA cargo and was told to follow up directly — something that should not be the customer's responsibility. Even after contacting SHIPA cargo myself, they informed me that they have no information or request from Trendyol to collect the goods. This has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time, and it reflects very poorly on Trendyol's customer service and operational efficiency. It is unacceptable to push the responsibility onto your customers when the fault lies with your chosen logistics partner. I demand: Immediate pickup arrangement for the return item. A full refund without further delay. An apology and assurance that this will not happen again. If this matter is not resolved within the next 3 business days, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this through consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly acr

I am writing regarding the bad experience with the refund of 150 euro. I sent the packages on the 2nd of May and they arrived at trendyol deposit on the 5th of May (have sent them snapshots with the dispatch number from the courier).
I have received every day a different notification of different returned items that trendyol didn't receive/find the items and cannot initiate a refund, although they have received the big box with all items. I made a short video in the app, where I have "downloaded" again all return labels for each returned item and it is the same label number for all items(downloaded 7 times). With this label code I went to local Fan courier office and scanned it, created the AWB (dispatch number), made sure I carefully pack everything in their original plastic bags, put them all in a larger box and seal it with the dispatch number on it.
From the 5th of May to the 13th of May 2025 trendyol had the time to find the returned items, inspect them and reimburse the money. I don't know if trendyol had problems with their app that daily or if it is a scam, but be careful... The items were returned because they didn't match my size.
I purchased a warm coat from Trendyol in the first week of March 2025 and it was tight and heavy so thought of returning and I requested for a return through there website and till date (5. 4. 25)they have not collect the item when I raised my issue with the customer service AI robot they said its in process but in the return cart my product shows it's delivered. What a helpless situation I have no choice but to keep the useless product with me. Have done a lot of follow ups and also received a return label (attached below for the info)from them but no use and now I decided to write this review for others to think twice before any purchase.
Trendyol is fraud! I have returned the item to Trendyol on 01 December. But they didn't refund my money and changed the status from return in progress to delivered. I did many follow ups and they assured the refund and now showing as the item delivered. This is not acceptable and trendyol is not a trusted site!
I had a frustrating experience with Trendyol. Receiving only part of an order and being overcharged, like if you order 3 item with discounted price, they will supply 1 item and deduct all amount against supply item, than canalling order them selves for remailing items and refund you few Pany against non supplied items. They have poor customer service, no email contact, no live call CS, can understandably make anyone feel cheated. Just wasting a tile with them. There is no email service to escalate your issue. Product are low quality. In shared pic i didn't retuned the item, al did by them selves.
Always they have delay for sending the items, contacting them is too difficult. The customer service cannot solve problems, very bad app, they have to work on it for best quality service as we have here in uae and deserve.

They made a mistake in the price of an item and refuse to ship my order due to a technical issue. Makes no sense because there is still enoughh stock available. The Customer Service is hiding in their lies and keep the communication to an absolute minimum. This company is a shame. We will never buy on Trendyol again, and that's my advice to friends and family
Very bad customer services and unreliable I bought items and it should deliver it on date by Aramex but the matter take more than 3weeks and I contacted their customer service many time but they didn't solve the issues so I stopped to buy from them it is wasting your time and many.
Well, since all my 1 star reviews (with proof, and polite wording) to faulty and dirty articles bought of Trendyol were rejected from the feedback section, but the good reviews were accepted i think this says a lot about their practices.
I placed an order, but I haven't received it for two months. I contacted customer care more than seven times, and they mentioned it. The delivery company said you have received the order, but I did not. Now, I cannot complain because they closed the case.

Έχω κάνει παραγγελία από 11 Μαρτίου. Δεν έχω παραλάβει τίποτα. Στην «Παρακολούθηση της παραγγελίας φαίνεται πως είναι υπό μεταφορά». Η φόρμα επικοινωνίας με το βοηθό της trendyol δε λειτουργεί ποτέ! Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει κανένας τρόπος επικοινωνίας με την trendyol, ούτε τηλέφωνο, ουτε email.Φοβάμαι πως είναι απάτη και έχω χάσει τα χρήματά μου. Απαράδεκτοι! Μην αγοράσετε τίποτα από την trendyol.
Bought many items,spent 500 plus. Fully cheated. Nothing was delivered nor refunded. Total disappointment. Even after 15 days items state as if returned tho I dint even receive. DINT receive a single item. Nor is assistant chat ooerational...Not worth shopping from this site at all.
I ordered item but didnt recieved full item and cannot return or didnt received any refund or coupon and very bad cuatomer service also.customer doesnt have product knowledge as well
