This is the second time we ordered hinges from the company. Both times they came in a very timely manner. We keep a supply of parts for our cabinets so we are always ready to repair any cabinet that is having an issue. We were fortunate this time the parts were on sale.
Initial initially ordered the wrong item and called and was able to talk to an extremely nice person to help me with my return!

Our part came sooner than expected and a week from Christmas. The organizer was exactly as described and it made a world of difference in our pot and pan drawer.
I was not aware of this, but hinges are quite a daunting task! So many choices it boggles the mind. However, when I contacted cabinetparts.com, I had numerous email correspondences with Scott who was fantastic. I was able to get the correct hinges for my broken medicine cabinet door after several emails of mailing pictures of the old hinges which were no longer made. Scott was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I got the correct replacement hinges. My medicine cabinet is now up and functional with those beautiful new hinges. Thank you so much!

The wrong parts were sent and I sent an email explaining the wrong parts were sent. I was told to send them back. They sent me a shipping label, but unfortunately I was supposed to pay the shipping. It would be deducted from my initial payment which I did not think was right because the wrong parts were sent.tracking number is ****************************775. Ordering and delivery were as expected however one of the drawer slides had a broken wheel.
Ordered inset Blum hinges and received Blum full overlay hinges instead. No easy links for refunds so I'm just keeping them for a future project.
No problems at all with CabinetParts, you were very responsive and quick. This is more concerning the installation instructions of the hinge which is really for the hinge manufacturer. Instructions were not clear and needed some text to explain the pictures. Granted, they're european so everything is metric, but so are other companies who provide measurements in inches, especially if selling in the U.S. Installation instructions of lots and lots of other products come in multiple languages, would have been nice to have some text to explain how to install this multi-piece hinge.
Great help, though the online page makes it a bit hard to confirm that the part their system finds is truly the one that matches your need. I've Chatted to cofirm it with great help every time. They have it all!
