Beautiful Calendars

Ordered 3 calendars and all three were delivered in sturdy packaging in one week with free shipping. Calendars are really beautiful and my wife and niece will be thrilled (I bought them as gifts). Tracking the delivery was easy online. Good experience overall and will be buying more from this company in the future.

2023 order
January 11, 2023

Ordered one large calendar and one small calendar. I received a large version of the one that was supposed to be small and did not receive the large one at all. This was a 38 dollar purchase for which I received nothing that I ordered. I sent two emails to their customer service and waited 5 business days for a response and nothing. I gave up and ordered from Amazon which is what I should have done in the first place and will from now on.

We are still, currently trying to catch up on emails, and your emails WILL be responded to, once we get to them. The wait time on the phone and chat in November and December can be very lengthy, as this is our busiest time of year. At this point in January, that wait time has been drastically reduced.

Always great

I've ordered for a few years, and always found products above expectations. The details in their descriptions are accurate and more than others offer. Never any problems with site security nor billing. I was going skip ordering anything this year, but just couldn't do it. Some calendars have entertained coworkers, some are like fine artwork. I've ordered items others than calendars and the items were exactly as described and perfect.

Poor customer service

I would recommend scheduling a call back instead of holding. This shuts off at 3:30 PM central. If you will reply with your order number, I can help you further or have someone reach out to you. Chat looks like it has the best hold time right now at less than a minute. Phone and email are both very congested as we clean up post holiday shipping issues.

This whole ordeal trying to get the 2 calendars ordered has NOT been a fruitful or rewarding or positive experience --> now 24 days since original order placed --> so have reluctantly ordered the calendars again & paid for expedited delivery.

I am sorry you felt it necessary to reorder, rather than allow us the opportunity to address your issues. It appears you did call in eventually, which is the best course of action if you are having any issues with your order, and were promptly assisted by an agent. You were refunded for the lost order, as well as refunded for the expedited shipping fee that you chose to add to the 2nd order that you chose to place instead of contacting us. Due to the sheer volume of orders, we have no way of knowing an order is lost, late, incorrect, etc without the customer letting us know. Thank you for your time.

Order ID *******. Ordered 6 calendars received 5 even tho invoice indicated all 6 sent. Cannot get company to answer chat or phone. This indicates total incompetence, a lack of adequate staff, indifference to customer service, or just a poorly run organization. At this point just happy I got 5 of the 6 items ordered. Intend to shop anywhere but here in the future and hope to inform anyone that asks to stay away from this company. With the variety of choices would have hoped for a better experience. Very disappointed. I was a quality systems assessor for 14 years and this company's quality system when it comes to customers is definitely broken. Would love to see their Mission Statement. Told all my clients to say what you do and do what you say. This is an update to original review. Jennifer from Calendars.com called me on my home phone about 4 hours after my review posted asking what they could do to remedy the situation. Send missing calendar or refund for cost of it. I took the refund as Christmas was over. Will update my rating to a 2 based on this response. Future star increases will depend on their improvement in customer service to me for any future dealings with them for any problems encountered.

No customer service

I placed an order for my nephew's Christmas present on 11-26-22. Status is still "in process" and I'm waiting (in vain!) for someone to come on their online chat. I've ordered several years in the past, but this lack of customer service and no delivery after waiting a month? I will not be using them again - EVER!

I am sorry you didn't receive your calendar in time for Christmas. If you package traveled through the Rossford, OH facility, they had a serious backlog that resulted in delays like I have never seen in my almost 20 years at Calendars.com. I ordered calendars from calendar.com and they sent them USPS. I have all mail and packages delivered to a business. The USPS delivered the calendars when the business was closed and they were stolen. Calendars.com is liable for the negligence of its delivery service - I cannot make a claim with the USPS because I have no relationship with them. I have called (on hold for an hour twice), tried to chat (never answered) and emailed several times to resolve the issue but calendars.com never answered

Ordered Nov. 20, still waiting on Dec. 19

I ordered a calendar on November 20. I received a UPS Tracking number and when I try to track my order, it shows that it was "awaiting carrier pickup" as of Nov. 20. Obviously, it has not yet been shipped and I doubt it ever will be. I wish I'd read this company's reviews before I ordered. I feel I've been scammed.

Look elsewhere...

I waited forever to get my order. Then, when it came, part of it was incorrect. The correct calendars were listed on the invoice, but they sent the wrong one. I have been trying now for two days to contact the company either via phone or the online chat. NO RESPONSE. I'm beyond frustrated. I know mistakes can happen but at least have customer service that will help straighten them out. Never again will I buy from here. Look elsewhere.

Late delivery

Will never order from here again. Ordered on 11/29, and package is currently sitting at the post office for the last 2 days because calendars.com did not want to pay the extra money to have UPS deliver it. Unacceptable. Also, they offer a 30% discount if you spend a certain amount, but they won't apply the discount automatically, so unless you see the code, they're hoping you miss it, and i did. I ended up paying more than the next guy. Sending a calendar shouldn't take over 2 weeks. Now I have to hold off on sending my 91 year old grandma her Christmas package because of this stupid item. I either have to send it separately and spend an extra 15 dollars on shipping, or wait on sending everything and risk it not getting there on time. Will never shop at a place this this again.

Company is terrible if you have a problem. Attempted to contact by Phone (52 minutes on hold over two calls), 3 attempts to chat, 3 emails. No answer to any of them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have filed a complaint with BBB, my credit card company and will post on review sites (as I read reviews). Wish I had seen the posts here before I purchased from them online.

Mr. DeBoar,

Your order arrived in 7 business days, the day after I issued your full refund. Typically, in peak season, it takes 1 to 3 business days for packages to leave our facility and 5 to 10 business days for Standard shipping.

As our order volume increases dramatically, so to do our customer contacts. Unfortunately, submitting 8 contacts out of frustration only compounds the problem for other customers. Please feel free to find a company that can better meet your personal needs next year.

I would have given Calendars.com a five-star rating, except for the fact I had trouble deleting a calendar I decided I did not want to purchase. By the time I could get it to delete, one of the calendars I wanted was sold out. I have purchased from them before with excellent results. I had to register as a new customer because I changed my email address and the new interface could only send their authorization confirmation email to my old email address.

Awful! Buyer Beware!

I ordered a calendar. Three weeks later, I still have no received the item. Customer Service was a nightmare. I was on the phone, twice, for over 45 minutes each time, never reaching anyone. I emailed the company - no one responded. After several attempts with the online chat, I finally reach someone who told me I needed to be patient and wait for my order. I ended up having to fight the charges with the bank. Buy somewhere else!
