Wearing a nice cup always serves as an additional thing the outfit. Of course it also helps people to hide head from the scorching sun in summer, it's primary purpose of wearing a cap, I guess.
This website is cool for those having a stake in buying tons of caps and the prices are rather tasty.
I worked with Lisette on this order and had positive experiences start to finish. Our communication regarding the art design, modifications, billing, and shipping were all easy and clear, and I was relieved not to have to send any reminders about my order or run too close to my event deadline. Only reason I don't Give 5 is because of some styles listed that aren't in stock. I would prefer listing only items that are in stock without having to check. Otherwise customer service is great with affordable prices.
Placed order April 13th 2022 for multiple otto brand foam truckers totaling $692.94.
A few business days later I receive email stating one of the items was not charge due to out of stock issue. That is fine. We understand the supply chain right now as we own a storefront and embroidery shop. All we expect is CLEAR communication and timely shipments.
April 26th Nora contacted me stating the hats would ship within 4 days blaming covid, and staff shortages, etc. Okay fine at this point 4 days is okay as I run a business and understand not everything runs like Amazon.
The next contact after multiple emails at this point was May 4th by Alexis stating they will ship this week and again blames all the issues going on. At this point I am frustrated as these hats are for a client and I am to a small team and can embroider these hats by now and we are stretching the deadline by a bit. Also I am realizing at this point that they are not in control of the warehouses that actually ship the items because if they were they would handle this shipment as a priority.
So fast forward once again no shipment that week I call them on Tuesday May 10th (almost a month since order date for blank hats) and I talk to Lisa at this point I am actually beyond upset and annoyed with there service. Lisa states that she talked to the warehouse manage are there California location, at this point I am full knowing this company is just a sales company and just drop ships the orders through the manufacturers. I state on the phone call you mean "Ottos warehouse" and she straight up tells me it was there warehouse and then laughed at me for acting like I know there business. I said well if it is your warehouse why cant you call them and prioritize a shipment for blank hats for a customer thats been waiting a month. She says its not that easy and it doesn't work like that. It actually is that easy if it's your warehouse to pack a order and print a shipping label. Fast forward to today May 13th where I finally receive tracking information of course from Ontario, California (where Otto is located after a quick google search) where the tracking shows the hats arriving May 17th (over a month from order date) which is unacceptable to most people ordering bulk hats knowing they need them for events, embroidery clients, etc. I am more upset with the fact this company straight up lied to me about owning the warehouses instead of being transparent in there drop shipment business model. Not only that they said they get 1,000's of orders a day and used that as one of the excuses when I had a separate order I placed 2 days after this one which I also still haven't received, and the invoices were only a little over 100 apart meaning they get like 75 orders a day. Thinking your customers are dumb is a bad look and lying to them is a worse look. Do not order from this company if you have any sort of deadline or expectation.
I've had the pleasure of working with Nora over the past couple of years. We've dealt with shortages, partial orders, and back orders together. I could not have asked for a better customer service representative to have contact with for these issues. All orders placed have been completed without any problems, even the ones that were estimated for 2-4 months out to ship arrived on or before estimated dates. As a small business, we rely on companies like this to help us grow and greatly appreciate the product and service you provide.
I placed an order two weeks ago and have been following up to see why it hasn't dispatched
I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information
I can't believe they run such a sloppy operation
Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order
I purchased hats from this site to use as gifts for a wedding party, parents, and close friends. The price was great, as I shopped around and compared various criteria on the specific hat (Richardson 112) and the blank design. One reason I settled on this site was that nowhere did it indicate the hats were out of stock or back ordered, and the support person confirmed the items were in stock.
I received the invoice for my purchase 4 days later, and it now indicates that these items are back ordered and expected at the end of July 2022. So now I'm waiting nearly 4 months to receive the items I purchased after being misled.
I won't be initiating a return, as other places won't let you order the specific design because they're out of stock, and this doesn't impact my timeline for completion of the gifts, but it is very disappointing that the site lacked any information about the status especially when giving an estimated shipment date and timelines as if everything was normal. I understand the supply chain issues we're facing but it's important to customers to exhibit transparency.
Still a great price and I'll be happy once they arrive.
After several weeks and two orders, this company failed to ship our order at the same time which has caused massive confusion with our freight company. This has been the most time consuming order for blank hats to which I had to cancel because of the lack of communication. Today I spoke with the owner Joelle. Unfortunately, she kept saying where she saw the communication but could not tell me which email. She kept blaming their lack of communication on me. The end of the conversation ended by her saying loose our number and never call back while she hung up on me.
Very easy and enjoyable to work with. Katelyn was very personable! I can't wait to order more hats from your warehouse!
