Should have read the reviews b4 I bought from C&TR. Same thing as many others. Pd for 2 fobs, will not unlock my car. Asked for refund, they want to keep the frt chg. If you ship defective product, the customer should not have to pay the freight for that defective junk. Don't waste your time with this company, they obviously are shipping junk based on all the horrible reviews. Mark in customer service was not rude, but a complete zero when it comes to customer service. Why would you lose a customer and risk this type of review over $3.51?

The original yellow 2014 Honda Keyless Entry Remote Key rubber cover had worn to the point of falling apart. Goggling the rubber cover landed me on carandtruckremotes.com where I found the exact replacement in multiple colors. Our now purple rubber cover should keep the key staying functional and look like new.

Purchased remote and never received three weeks now. Hope I receive some thing this year I keep calling and they keep telling me the next week the next week the next week the next week

This FOB that I purchased from car and truck had instructions and also internet video. I had to program the FOB and found it did work well. Was shipped and arrived on time and price was very reasonable.

Bought a used F-150 with only one key and no remote. Remote works just as advertised! Great product and great service! Easy to follow programming instructions.

I recently purchased 2 replacement keys for my Ford F-150 pickup truck. They are the kind that must be cut and programed by a locksmith. One key was cut and programed and worked perfectly, they other had a slight issue. When I contacted customer service Paulina was so understanding and helpful. Since the defective key would start my truck, (it was the remote on the key that was defective) she allowed me to keep that key until I received the replacement. She sent me a prepaid return label. I received the replacement key today, and it functions perfectly. I now have 2 working keys, one for my Wife and the other for me. It's nice to deal with businesses that stand behind their products, and take care of their customers, even when it's a small order like mine was. They were recommended to me by a friend, and they certainly do not disappoint me. I will purchase from them in the future, and recommend them to family and friends.

I had my replacement fobs delivered 2 days earlier than expected! And they saved me over $300 over the dealer's price. Thank you!

Five stars in all areas. Product was shipped quickly. I received email updates during shipping. Product arrived on schedule and was properly packaged. I watched the convenient set up video on the website and was up and running within moments.
