I am a racecar fabricator but because I'm not a registered installer I have to pay more for delivery. Not happy about it

They have a very wide variety of brands and models to choose from at very fair prices. Super fast shipping. Easy to track and a pleasure to do business with yet again, thank you so much for your phenomenal service and dedication to your customers
Overall it was easy and quick to find the tires I needed and order them. Tirebuyer has a wide variety and I've never had an issue with inventory or items being out of stock. However, it is frustrating that Tirebuyer slips in extra fees for shipping when you want the tires delivered to a private residence instead of a shop. Additionally, the rebate that they advertise is a pain to complete, with lots of small print that I'm sure will make it difficult for many to actually claim the rebate.
Finding the right tires was easy, but the smart address lookup function kept glitching. I had to try 2 different browsers to check out.
All brands and sizes at a great price, very competitive with other sellers.

I have purchased tires from Tire buyer for three cars and two vans.
Two years ago; I had the misfortune or purchasing seven tires for two vehicles because of road damage. I only wish I could have benefited from coupons or rebates; considering the amount of tires purchased in the last decade for family vehicles. Many of the tires were 40/45 profile.
It is often difficult to access the brand and sized tires for my repeat purchases.

Have always found that pricing is always competitive and service is super-fast. I received my tires the next day! I like that the site suggests the best tires for my vehicle.

I don't have any issues buying from you. I don't know what happened with FedEx but it took 4 different days to get my order delivered.

I’m sorry for the frustration around the shipping fee. Shipping large, heavy items like tires to residential addresses is significantly more expensive, and that cost comes directly from the carriers. We simply pass through that fee and don’t mark it up, but I understand how it can feel unexpected.
Regarding the rebate, I completely understand your concerns. All rebates are created and processed by the tire manufacturers themselves. They set the requirements, small print, and approval process. We advertise them so customers are aware of available savings, but we don’t manage or influence the claims process.
