Jerrell did a wonderful job of getting us a great program at a great price for our vehicle.
When you purchased a contract they tell you you can cancel within 30days no questions asked.
When you try to cancel they send you a letter asking why you want to cancel in addition to other information.
They state that it will take 45-60 days to refund your money.
Why should a customer have to submit a letter of explenation to cancel and have to wait 45-60 days for

This is a delaying tactic which I will report to the BBB
