CARCHEX staff members were well informed...presented information that I needed to understand in a very clear manner. Overall experience was exceptional.

The complete process (research, contacting, purchase was excellent, very easy and a quick process. All individuals that I spoke with during this process were very professional, helpful and a joy to deal with. I have not used the services as of this writing, but hopefully that process will be as enjoyable as the purchase was.

He went beyond any expectations I had of making sure I had exactly what I needed. I have not had to use the policy but I feel confident that I am covered if a problem every occurs.

I was very happy with my experience. The agent that I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and informative with regards to the products available. He spent over an hour on the phone to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great service.
