My experience was great! Very convenient and simple. My cover arrived in exactly 3 days. It was boxed well. I haven't open it yet, but everything looks good so far.

Order process is well thought out and goes smoothly. Chat service was very convenient and informative. Cover appears to be very high quality and fits the car nicely. Straps on the ends of the cover will not work with the supplied buckles. The buckles appear to be designed for much thicker straps and the thin straps on the cover slip out of the buckles very easily. Elastic in the front and back is substancial and would probably secure the cover in most cases without the straps.
It fit my Tesla Model Y well. The material looks and feels like it will last a long time. Easy installation.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Car Cover USA. Their customer service is beyond unacceptable—they refused to issue a refund even after I returned the product at my own expense. When I rightfully disputed the charge with my bank after they failed to refund me, they had the audacity to threaten me with collections.
This company operates unethically, making it nearly impossible to get your money back, even when you follow their return process. Instead of handling disputes professionally, they resort to intimidation tactics. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with threats over a justified chargeback.

Ordering it and receiving this grave. So when I opened it, it's kind of cheap for the money has straps on it, clang and clang against the car when you're trying to get it on or off.
It's really thin.

The ordering process was painless and the delivery was lightning fast, and the material seems to be far stronger than the single ply unwoven fabric that was on my previous cover. The length is way too long for my RV which is 30' from the front bumper to the rear bumper, and I have what appears to be 3-4 feet of excess material that had to be folded/tucked at the ends to get the cover snugged up. The sides are just barely tall enough and in the middle of the RV the sewn in elastic would pull the cover bottom upward - I had to add some tarp clamps and bungee cords to pull the cover down so it fully covered the sides. I believe a 29 foot cover would have been a much better fit for the 30' RV...but I don't know for certain. (We had a winter storm coming and I had to use the cover and I had no time to return it to try a smaller length).
