BEWARE! Cardcash.com's "Guarantee" is a SCAM! I bought $735 worth of Best Buy gift cards from them. I thought I was being smart by saving 3.5% off face value. When I tried to use them, 3 of the gift cards worth total $70 was ALREADY SPENT or UNUSUABLE! THAT'S 10% LOST! I've tried to resolve the issue through the official channels. There's no phone number listed on the website, just an email address: *******@cashcard.com. I submitted my claim almost 3 weeks ago and provided several follow up emails with detailed information. They initially responded, but eventually started IGNORING me. I've submitted a dispute claim with my credit card company. DO NOT USE! This may be my first post, but I'm NOT a competitor -- just an unhappy customer trying to get this issue resolved by making it public. Order #*******, Date: 5/19/2015.

"I have sent them a gift card and have not gotten paid in over 2 months i was working with a woman named REBECCA CAPLAN and she has told me various times that she was going to process my payment after i send her proof of address and she gave me her word that she will do that the day i sent her it, its been 2 months of me having to call her around 4 times a day to follow up on my order and she keeps saying that she will process it today, and then will leave for the day without getting back to me, i then tried speaking to someone else named AMANDA that wouldn't want to transfer me to a supervisor, for no reason at all, she then hung up on my face i personally want to save everyone the experience i had and WARNING YOU DO NOT USE CARDCASH THERE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I then ended up doing it with CARDPOOL.COM and have received my check at no time, and they would contact me if i had a problem and not for me to have to go to run after them.

Bad service.
May 4, 2015

The first time I had a problem, they fought over a $2 credit. After I said "Is it worth fighting over $2 to lose a good customer?", they gave me the credit. The second time it was $24 on an e-giftcard that didn't work. They won't even respond, so I filed a complaint with the NJ BBB. I won't use them again. I was a big customer, so they are shooting themselves in the foot.

By and large you get what you think you are going to get. Beware, however: They tell you to verify your card within 45 days. I tried using a store credit at Hobby Lobby and they refused it saying that the credit was deemed to be fraudulent. It was well after the 45 day time frame. I wasn't necessarily expecting them to refund my money, but I did expect a RESPONSE. After about five attempts and no response I have simply vowed to not use them again. Haven't had any issues with Raise.com.

NEVER do business with these people! I usually buy cards from cardpool.com which is a reputable buyer and seller of gift cards. My experience with card cash was not as bad as some, but it was bad enough that I will never deal with them again. I ordered an e gift card hoping to take advantage of an online sale and save 15% on my order in addition to the savings on the gift card (staples). First they advertised the card at a 5% discount, then when I ordered it turned out to be 2.5%. The invoice indicated it would be emailed in 24 hours. When it wasn’t, I wrote them and they said it would take 2-5 business days. That’s unreasonable, but they had already charged my credit card, so I decided to wait. When the card hadn’t been emailed in a week I wrote them again. This time they said it was their “company policy” that I had to scan and send them a copy of my driver’s license. By then I had read the reviews and realized this is not a reputable company. I told them, either ship the card or send a refund to my credit card within 24 hours or I would file a protest with the credit card company as well as complain to the BBB and their state attorney general. They complied immediately. By then I had missed out on the sale at Staples that I was trying to take advantage of. My advice, don’t do business with cardcash. If you have already been snookered, tell them you are going to file with the state AG. It worked for me.

STAY AWAY from cardcash.com (or their sister company ABC gift cards).

After 24 days of having my cards in their possession, I have still not been paid! I They are still finding excuses not to direct deposit my money into my bank account. The latest tactic is to request additional information (including a copy of my drivers license) with completion of an ACH (direct deposit) form. I've now emailed this to them three times and yet they continue to request my drivers license which was included. Of course they could have obtained all of this information when they accepted my order, but that would defeat the purpose, wouldn't it, eh?

If you do have problems - good luck getting a response from anyone. I was eventually able to get through using the following number: *******227 and speaking with Holly Eisman - Supervisor at ext. 507. What good it will do, who knows?

BEWARE OF CARDCASH.COM SCAM

CardCash.com demanded my bank acct #, routing #, last 4 digits of my Social Security #, and a copy of my driver's license in order to process the payment for the gift card I sold them. Since I had agreed to an Amazon.com gift card in exchange for my card, I could not understand why this should be required. When I questioned it, they told me it was necessary to prevent "fraud".
Fearing identify theft, I refused to provide this information and they promised to return my card. That didn't happen so I was forced to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Attorney General Consumer's Affair Dept.
I finally got my card back six weeks after I had sent it to them.
It's beyond me why they are still in operation when it is clearly a scam.

I ordered a couple of gift cards and got it delivered to my door a couple of days later. The customer service representatives are very responsible and took care of all my concerns. When one of the cards were invalid, they directed me to their claims department and I had a refund to my cc within 1-2 business days! I reccomnd this site for great saving! Keep it up!
