Anyone outhere, tell me if i did something wrong
1-go to cargurus website to find the car you like
2-will see photos and dealer tel number
3-you call dealer and negociate price and car conditions
4- go to dealeship (in my town in my case) look at the car and sign papers and pay money.
Did i do anything wrong so far? Do not think so

Georgia Luxury Cars on Cobb Pkwy in Marietta, GA, sold me a car that failed emissions. They took the car for emissions an hour before I bought the car then sold it to me and told me it passed emissions.
When I confronted the saleman Dywane, he told me Ed and Izzy his managers told him to do that.

Caught a flight from stl to Bedford Ohio because I read reviews were 4.8 and I base my judgements on financing a vehicle do to the reviews I read at Northeast Auto. Mila were handling sale and finance paper work. Before I caught a flight up there. I ask her has the car been service and if it pass emission test along with asking her if the check engine light on in car. She assured me that the car is in good shape and ran excellent and a lot of people been looking at the vehicle that i purchase. I'm so disappointed with this place. I wish I would have miss my flight that morning. Base on Mila telling me the vehicle ran good I took her word for it

Yet Car Gurus will not allow me to give a dealership I tried to buy a car from a 1 star review. Perhaps they are afraid the dealers wont use them if they publish bad reviews? I bought a truck here at Family Toyota of Arlington. I found The ad for this truck on carguru.com on 9/24/19. I owed $******* on my trade they told me on the phone they would pay off my trade in. When i got there they said we can only give you $9000 for the trade. I said I will meet you in the middle, give me $10,000 I will pay the other $1,000 to pay off the trade. They agreed. I used my credit card to pay the $1000 difference to get my loan paid on my trade in. They jiggled the paper work to show a $1000 as a down payment on new vehicle. A week after the sale the finance department at Family Toyota called me and said that My finance company "Capital One bank" had called them & said that I could not use my credit card for down payment I had to bring them $1000 cash for down payment or bring a cashiers check. I had arranged with "Capital One bank" before I went to the dealer to finance the vehicle I bought from them. I have bought 5 vehicles financed through Capital one never had this happen before. The card I used was a Capital one card. I have since paid my credit card. When I asked for phone number to call the capital one to see what was going on he said dont worry I think I can Fix It. Very Shady Finance department at family Toyota buyer beware!

But instead of letting me rate the shady dealer, it kept taking me to another dealer review site that I didn't have a problem with. Shady shady shady, stay away! And stay away from AutoCenters wood river, IL
This is our 2nd Mustang purchase and We could not be happier with the service we have received from Sergio Fabian from Bill Currie Ford. We got an excellent deal and walked away for the 2nd time with a gorgeous Mustang. We certainly recommend Sergio Fabian from Bill Currie Ford and will definitely be back for a 3rd vehicle. Also, would like to thank Jason from Finance, very pleasant as well. We have made Bill Currie Ford our go to home for our Mustangs!

Bought a truck from cab autos he promised to fix radio that was not working then fix some dents and starches on truck does nothing center council was cover was broke ordered wrong part never got back to me don't trust his word
Purchasing a vehicle from Carnova has been such a joy for me. I wanted a BMW with low mileage.The vehicle was beautiful and the price was right. Financing was easy with Gerard.The only problem I had was on my end, I work long hours. I shared my concerns with Cristina and she was able to coordinate a time with me to have my vehicle delivered!
I am trying to sell my car on carguru's. They make it easy to open an account however after that everything sucks with them. They ask for vehicle verification photos to verify I own the vehicle.
When the buyer comes to see the vehicle and I show them the title and I put in my ad we will meet@ the nearest DMV to verify all the paperwork what more verification does anyone need besides a pat down from the TSA.

We had an excellent experience with Donald at The Auto Factory in Peabody. Our daughter was able to buy her first car with no hassle. Donald was so nice to work with. She got 4 new tires and, a replacement part in the trunk, and it was sparking clean. Definitely will go back again when our son is ready to buy!
