Caliber Collision on Coit road in Plano, tx has held my car hostage for almost 2 moths and my rep there Jahir is an unresponsive crackhead. No one from Caliber ever reaches out to me to give me status updates. I get automated texts telling me my car will be ready 9 times and it never is.

Nothing but solid, excellent service from Shannon and Ed at Jim Turner Chevrolet auto body shop in McGregor, Texas! These individuals were knowledgeable and professional. They had to work with 2 different insurance companies and did not stop until they got everything they needed to make our truck like new. They stayed in steady contact with insurance and did not mind us calling as often as needed to get updates. They explained and showed us everything that had been repaired when we picked our truck up. We will definitely return to this shop if the need arises. We will recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body repair.

They quote you a price for a rental but after you pay and go pick up the car is going to run you a few hundred dollars more. And when you cancel they keep your money and refuse to refund you.

The work performed on my vehicle was second to none. I was especially appreciative of the frequent progress updates they provided and the help I received in acquiring a rental vehicle.

I was very happy with the service rendered by Dixon Auto Body. My Honda CRV had been rear-ended and they did such a nice job that my 12 yr old car looks brand new. They even vacuumed it out, washed it and I think waxed it. They were very accomodating and nice to deal with.

Did almost 5000. 00 body work on my chrysler and did a perfect and the man that handled my job did a great job.

I had an accident with my 2013 Toyota RAV4. I called Passport Toyota because I bought the car from them and they told me I could not bring it there because they could not fix it because it was a 2013. My insurance referred me to Clinton Auto Body and they did a perfect job, it looks brand new. Patty is the front person you will be in contact with and she is the best! C. Williams

I recently was the victim of a hit and run. My insurance suggested classic collision in aloha as a place to fix my truck. I took my truck there he told me it would take a while because it covered and parts or whatever and we left it at that. About 2 weeks later I get a call saying that my truck had been fixed but that the mechanic had wrecked it on the way to parking it outside of the shop. There is no apology there is no hey sorry for the inconvenience just to hey we wrecked your truck again we're going to fix it and we'll call you when it's ready. A part of me really wanted to take it to a different shop have them scope out the damage and then you know go through this process again because I wasn't sure that they were telling the truth. But I went ahead and let them fix it and came to the shop and they said they had it done. Again no one apologized for the inconvenience or for the fact that they wrecked my truck. My truck was filthy on the inside and it had a horrible smell. I would send a survey a few days later to ask me what I thought of the experience. I responded to that survey about the same way I'm responding to this review right now. I went on carwise a week or so later to look at the reviews. It says there are no reviews done for classic collision aloha. Shame on you carwise and double shame on classic collision aloha. There website starts off with how important the customer is, bold face lie. I wouldnt have even been upset if they would have apologized. Terrible shop.
