I ordered a garment sized "4 yrs" and received a garment that would not fit a child younger than 9 years old. I was treated as if the incorrect size was my fault. I sent my daughter's measurements and asked for confirmation of what size I should order. After a 16 day delay, I was told that they could not tell me a size to order, but that I should select garments at random for them to measure. I did so, and after a further week of delays was told a number of garments that I could order, but not WHAT SIZE to order. When I asked again for a size, I was given a size that did not match the information on the website and that was not available for any of the garments I was told would fit. I then made the request as simple as possible, and asked for confirmation that a specific garment would fit my daughter if I ordered it in a specific size. I waited more than a week and requested this information more than three times. I was ignored each time, even though I repeatedly informed staff that I was almost out of time to order the garment before the wedding where my daughter was to wear it. All of the staff was slow and incompetent. After a month of wasted time and effort, I had no choice but to order a garment from another site.
In addition, I was told that I would receive a full refund for my purchase, including shipping. I was also told I would receive a gift voucher for the $10 I spent returning the improperly sized garment. However, once the garment was returned, I was told I would only be refunded a portion of the price and none of the shipping. When I reminded staff that I had been promised a full refund, and received a new email promising a gift voucher for the price of the garment and part of the shipping. I was forced to take the dispute to my credit card company.
I have never had a worse customer service experience.
I wanted to make changes to my order but im never able too contact them. I ordered two dresses and wanted to change them from size 38 to size 40. I sent them e-mails but they never replied. Whenever I call no picks up the phone and no one ever calls back when I leave a message. Bad service!
I contacted CBazaar prior to ordering my 7 bridesmaid outfits to absolutely make sure that there were AT LEAST 7 sarees available. They contacted me very promptly and let me know that there were plenty of sarees left and to contact them with any problems/concerns. I felt like I was in good hands. I had all of my girls order the sarees and one of the girls had an issue with the website freezing when she entered payment information. She realized her order never went through and the website immediately said the saree was sold out. She and I both contacted customer service asking for advice on what to do and received an email asking for a tracking number. We very politely let them know there was no tracking number as the order did not go through and never heard from them again. I explained that this is for my wedding and it is important for my bridesmaids to have the same saree, but I guess this business does NOT care about their customers enough to respond. They have made this experience SO stressful for me. Needless to say, I will never ever do business with CBazaar again as I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. A great looking website and reasonable prices will only get you so far. I am warning everyone I know about this scam of a business they run.
I made ordered from cbazaar but they service is so nasty. They never delivered my product and when i tried to contact them they never responded back to me.so plz don't order anything from them they are just robbers stealing people's money.
Bought lehenga online on 2/17/11 and NEVER RECEIVED the product, customer service told me its still in productiuon when estimated delivery date was 3/17/11! Never trust this or www.homeindia.com sites! Thank goodness mastercard will credit me my money back!
Worst customer service ever! I tried getting in contact with them for weeks; several emails, phone calls, left voice messages with no response back... I wanted to make some changes to an order pertaining to my bridesmaid dresses so it was stressful and they were impossible to get in contact with. Their live help people kept telling me someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. Not even one email. So if you want good customer service I do not recommend this site at all.
