I have made a few purchases with NineColors that I was happy with. Black Friday 2023 I placed an order that I did not receive. They proactively reached out and I was happy with their customer service... except the first week of December was the last I heard from them. Since then I can't speak to their live operator from the website or get a response using the WhatsApp account we were communicating through. I even tried Facebook; no one responds to messages.
It has been 2 months of multiple emails, calls, WhatsApp chats and no delivery or refund yet.
I ordered two saris which together cost $190 and both are completely unwearable. I paid for full stitching including pre pleating, and a tailored blouse. One sari arrived pre stitched but made 7 inches/20cm too long. I absolutely can't walk in it and if I have a tailor here repair it I will lose all the beautiful silver detailing. The other sari came only edged, but also 7inches/20cm too long. Both blouses were incorrect and they've clearly just received a large blouse and done a 5 second shoddy job of shortening the seams but haven't even cut and hemmed them! So there's now uncomfortable bunches of material under my armpits and down my sides. One was also a completely different design from what I chose, one didn't have any of the details in the advertised photo and both of the measurements were out. I have been nothing but polite with their staff and have sent photos and offered to pay to post them back to be repaired and it's been a week since they last contacted me. I assume I won't hear from them again. They certainly don't seem to be concerned that I have wasted $190! If it was $20 I wouldn't mind so much but it's not cheap! And thankfully I didn't urgently need them because I assume I'll have to start again with a new company.
I placed an order last year May to only receive my order in July.
First my order was still being produced then it was no stock which already proved that they are liars and they obviously issue bad service. Any way i received part of my order and then my dilemma starts.
I am due for a refund.
From last year i have been emailing them only to be told that a refund was done and then lo and behold when i requested proof of the refund they had technical issues so they requested my banking details. Again lies
Almost 2 months late no refund and no correspondence has been received. I have been emailing and calling with no avail.
I think maybe this is their scenario, send part of the order then dont do refunds so the company benefits because i doubt it takes a year to do a refund.
Worst service received!
I phoned a person called Satyapal who works for the company. He was adamant that I would recieve my order in 3 weeks. When the time had come he ignored my texted for a while and when threatened I would go legal/to the police, he immediately responded and told me they won't be able to fulfil my order. Dont trust companies abroad unless they have a good reputation
While I have been mostly a happy customer since last few years, Last transaction with them has been frustrating. I paid using Paytm which their site mentioned as declined and then did the online transfer.
Seems like Paytm had happened and they received the money twice.
It has been 1 month, multiple emails, calls,, WhatsApp chats, they have not refunded the money yet. Keep giving some excuse every day.
Not sure why do some one needs to cheat and lose customer?

I ordered a beautiful Anarkali for around 60$ USD, after checking my order daily for 2 weeks with no update I decided to email them, they got back to me and said that it was not ready yet. Fine, I understand that they had to finish some stitching. Another two weeks go by no change and so I email them again to see what is going on. They tell me that the item simply is not ready yet. After a month and a half I email them again and they inform me the item is not available and I will have to find another similar item or request a refund. I requested a refund, will be surprised if I actually get my money back. They have also removed my email from their website and I am no longer able to log in and check the order or my wishlist.
Whetever prices they display, the actual prices are much more higher than that. I discovered the huge price difference during my video call. They couldn't explain the reason for the big difference. It's wastage of time.
Very poor customer service. Do not buy anything from them. Low quality fabric and shipping takes so long. They were very quick in reply when you order but after that no one cares. I wish I have read reviews before ordering. Not recommended
I placed an order, and one of the items was out of stock. I emailed them, and they said they would refund me for the product. When I got my other products, I was shocked at how bad the quality was and how the products did not match up to the picture. I thought I could have easily returned my items since I had had an option online. However, the website was down, so I had to wait- during this time, they did not tell me anything in regards to the return policy. I tried emailing them again to see if they were able to process it via email, but that's when the return policy was brought up to me. I argued some main points, and they completely ignored my points. They did not try to even help me, and I am still waiting on the refund for one of the items that was not delivered. A complete waste of time and money.
I order my cloths with them. Same as pictures very nice. I Love my outfits. Wish they could do my measurement properly and deliver on the dates they told me that's only the one complain I had. Prices were amazing. I am happy with the results thank you so much

This website is $#*!ing $#*!. A TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a purple kurtha and they have send me some $#*! maroon type color and when I complained they said it's because of photography pictures are different color. Okay I understand that. But how the $#*! will $#*! maroon colour be okay to replace a purple colour. Secondly it wasnot made as per my size given. When I send them pictures they asked me 100 times and even send me sample to take the measurements. I did exact same way still they were not happy. And they said they have left some limes where we can alter. Who the will be responsible to pay 85$ For alter. I asked them let's negotiate on price as it was their fault not sending me the right size. But they denied. I was told to return the item and get refund. I tried to convince them to negotiate on price cause shipping back would charge me more than the price of my order.

I ordered several pieces thinking it is a legit website. They do not send you anything that is remotely shown in the picture. Material is something you will never be seen wearing even if you are dead. Half stuff missing. Dupatta sizes are 45 inches. No one responds on their website. They have a return policy but no one contacts you back. Please order from Mirraw or Cbazzar or Panash. This is a fake website.
Quality is good for the price. Tailoring is goo too. Was shipped neatly to my destination in Australia. Very happy with the purchase. Will be buying from only from now on.
One thing I can say about Ninecolours is that their management is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I left the job last year. But they still have not paid me the amount that was promised to me when I gave my notice period. The so called CEO is one the biggest coward unprofessional egoistic person I have come across in my life. When I messaged him asking him if I will get my money he did not respond. I messaged him asking for an update 2 to 3 months later I used the word UNPROFESSIONAL and it hurt his EGO he used improper language plus said that I am not getting that money back `don`t ever message me again and blocked my number. I don`t know what to say and I have given up all hopes of getting that money back. The company is in huge debts, the vendors are not paid for months and so they don`t send the dress the customers had placed an order for, and thats the reason for delay. Please stay away from the company they will try their best and find ways not to refund your money. Their actual Facebook page has been banned due to negative reviews.

Items are not as described. It's says silk cloth but lehnga is net one.its badly stitched. Inner layer of lehnga is sticking out of top layer. Thread are coming out from so many flowers. Stiching is so bad.not happy at all. I tried to contact them they are not responding. Will never suggest anyone.
I ordered 2 kurtas. Both of them arrived wrong size. One larger than ordered size and one smaller. The customer care refuses to consider any option for possible fix for them. As per them its okay to receive large and small kurta. Also the quality of fabric is also very poor. They look cheaply made.
