Payed for service until July 2023 they cancelled my subscription in March, service was interrupted 3 times during the time that it was active, attempted to contact them through their Chat, takes hours sometimes days to get response, their phone number does not work, attempted numerous times and always get a voice message, not able to leave a voice message. During World Cup the channels would work well until about 15 minutes into the game then cut out and not return until after the game, attempted to contact them though the chat, e-mail and phone with no results, buyer beware

We buy lifetime account and now stopped working.
They don't answer emails. The service stopped 3 months ago, and they solved the problem after i put a bad review, after a month it stopped again.
Be careful with this service. Don't buy it!

Update 30.03.2020:
The customer support answered right after I published this review here and said that the server would be working again. This is fortunately true, but the server was down last week when I checked for the last time.
I hope they can offer me a partial refund at least.______________
I ordered a cccam line for one year. Since a week, it has stopped working.
The logs are saying that the server is not responding. There are no DNS records published for it.
I've already contacted the customer support six times but with no response so far.
I hope they will get in contact soon otherwise I can't recommend this provider.
