I originally posted a very negative review of this service provider as I had some initial performance issues and was unable to obtain any support or acknowledgement of my reported problems.
After correcting some e-mail problems the supplier was very attentive and more than fair in allowing me to have an extended trial period to allow me to asses the performance of the cccam over a longer period. The offer of a full refund remained available to me throughout this period.
I decided to stay with the service as it is generally very good with only occasional freezes for short durations which may be related to the quality of my internet service. I think that anyone looking into using these types of services must appreciate that they could all encounter some glutting on occasion and that there are no suppliers who can guarantee 100% freeze free performance.
In conclusion I would say that this service is as good as is available on the market and that the support is there when required with a very fair refund policy.

Cccamgate works allright for me. Sometimes freezes. The problem might be my internet. In case of troubles they help very fast and efficient. The only thing I miss are the Italian canals like sct and passionxxx etc.

Had a few minor slight issues (such is life) but Vincent always rectified them as soon as he was made aware.
My sub was due in December and I re-subscribed without any hesitation as it was a great price and great service.
BUT lately my emails are NEVER answered. I believe this is because Sky have encrypted their channels, the libertview boxes ' mid subscription ' c lines are now useless.
