I am so angry with your app and your service workers. No empathy. I placed a spicy chicken sandwich fries and a drink at 10:46 they delivered my order at 12:22pm I had to call numerous times about my order. I would of give no stars if I had a choice

Didn't have ledduce on sandwhichs I was so upset because I caught both of them.I was getti bc it for my kids it's was so bad.

I wasted 30 minutes placing an order through an app, online, and when nothing worked I called the restaurant and their response was, sorry we only take catering orders over the phone or we have to come in person to place in order. What an answer in 2023. Good luck placing an online order.

I can not say anything bad about the service or food, but watching the manager yell and disrespect another employee which had nothing to do with my order was just wrong. This restaurant does not portray their values or their commercials they air. This was not the first time I have experienced this at this location.

Went to the Kirby Whitten location on 05/13/23 placed a Mobil app order at 8:04 pm at 8:30 had to go inside because i never received my order that was very disappointing it took until about 9:00pm to recieve my order

I asked for plenty of chick-fla-a an got zero the chicken nuggets are no flavor and don't taste like they do normally these is not normally how chickfla is but today it was I really bad I don't wanna go back now I can't even it it's so bad the only thing that's good is the drink

Went to Chick-fil-A in Downingtown, Pa. Yesterday for the 4th time in 2 weeks. The RACIST P.O.S. Had to RUN HER RACIST MOUTH because I told another Customer that an employee named Regina said she only makes $8 an HOUR. Does the TRUTH HURT MS. RACIST? Would you have ran YOUR BIG MOUTH IF I WERE BLACK LIKE YOU? MIND YOUR RACIST BUSINESS, NOT MINE! CRAWL BACK UNDER THE ROCH YOU LIVE UNDER AND MIND "YOUR"RACIST BUSINESS!

Terrible ate here once and threw up 5 minitues later. If you want fried chicken, go to KFC 10x better then this garbage

Their food is good but in the app they always give me reward food that Im allergic to without the ability to swap it for something that Im not. I have an autoimmune disease and cannot have wheat. I wish theyd change that feature but otherwise everything is fine.

Chick-fil-A is the worst restaurant ever their food sucks their customer service sucks their employees suck luckily there's a canes that opened up the street will never eat there again I'm talking about the one on 35th and Quebec and Denver Colorado which ruins it for all of them I never go to another ungrateful restaurant again especially Chick-fil-A last time I checked my money is good everywhere

You served me a grilled chicken sandwich with a Old bun falling apart and grilled chicken one day old reheated curly fries

ITS WAY OVERPRICED! $12+ for fries and 4 small strips of chicken. We could all just go to a nice restaurant with good quality for for that price. I spend $12+ on a meal and I'm still hungry after. They try to say it's not "fast food" although everything is already cooked ahead of time and they are faster than McDonald's but somehow they aren't "fast food" they also say they make everything in house which is hard to believe because it doesn't taste like good quality ingredients in my experience. They should lower the prices or give people more of a restaurant experience for $12-$25 dollar meals (with a desert) IM NOT SPENDING $12 on a fast food meal. IN N OUT IS WAYYYY CHEAPER & better quality. But for $12 I can go buy a nice chicken sandwich at an actual restaurant

Although it tastes good, *every single time* i order, they get it wrong. At this point, i've order more than 30 times, and not ONCE did they get it right. VERY disappointed

I will not be eating from chick fil a no more, it was a fly in my mac&cheese im so disgusting. Don't go to the route 40 location

On 8/4 we ordered a grilled chicken Sandwich and a wrap at the Chick-Fil-A of Tenleytown, Washington DC. The cashier seemed not to like her job or her clients. After a considerable wait, we got two wraps (one of us hates wraps, finds they taste like raw dough) instead of one wrap and a GRL Sand.( piece of grilled chicken). Unfortunately, the packing disguised that wrong meal and we were too tired once we came home to drive back and wait again for the correct meal. So the second wrap ended in the garbage - too bad, this is not what we do normally. I called the company, had to wait a while for an associate, gave the date and the order number, they found it, but there was no concrete offer to make it right - but they wanted my name, phone number and email. What for, actually? I was told I would have to go back to that particular franchise to speak to the manager anyway. Much waste of time for nothing.
I have tried to downloadour pics of the receiptbut as they are on a smartphone I am not able to connect the phone to this special website. I have tried what I can to inform my fellow citizens - so I hope it will reach them even without the photo. Order number is ******* of 8/4/2022

They claim they are not racist but their service tells a different story. My friend goes there often for his food and he is of Spanish decent and is treated with good manners,,, service and fresh hot food. So the location was recommended to our friends. Little did we know that that type of service is for select people. I say this because his gf went in to same place and ordered and she watched them give other customers there fresh,, recently prepared food and when they finally served her she was given something that was old and dry,,, not fit for human consumption. We asked ourselves why and realized it's cause she is of darker skin,,, jamaican to be exact. To add insult to injury,, when she went back to complain they just sounded like they rehearsed what they are supposed to say and then said they can give her another potato. At this point she was turned off of the food and didn't want another of anything and nothing was resolved. They could have and should have offered her a refund or atleast offered her another meal on them for another time. So with all that being said I and my friends will NOT be venturing to any of their franchises again PERIOD. This location was in Mississauga ontario
