They don't treat their employees good, they are over worked and underpaid the store on Garden of the Gods is famous for this …. Please pay your employees what they deserve they work very hard and you make the public think you are treating them well.

I am disgusted with chick fil a customer service. I guess they are less concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Because I placed an order through Uber eats and chick fil a did not provide a quality check to ensure the delivery person was given the correct order they are not responsible for their error. Despite speaking to chick fil a customer service regarding my experience and verbalizing what was clearly a mistake on their part, they refused to take any responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience. POOR customer service.

Not sure what the hype is all about. I had chicken strips & fries, both of which were cold & disgusting in flavor.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints when it comes to fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the waffle fries are the perfect side. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff and speedy service. Plus, I appreciate Chick-fil-A's commitment to community involvement and philanthropy. It's always a pleasure dining at Chick-fil-A

Finally able to try. Ordered chicken nuggets. I've never seen such small chicken nuggets ever anyplace else. We got a 12 piece to split. It was barely enough for one person. 8 of the nuggets were 1/2 inch in size and 4 were 1inch in size. We ordered 2 shakes with it and it was over $18. Totally disappointed in this restaurant. Why all the hoopla?

Love the values, but the actual Sabbath is Saturday if we are really respecting our Christian values.

I have been buying this sandwich since it recently first came out, and it has been OFF THE CHAIN! I have never been a Chic-Fil-A fan but NOW I AM! I love this sandwich. But today, when our whole office decided to get one because I had bragged about it so much, when we got them, there was like 1/2 a teaspoon of pimento cheese on the sandwich. Usually it covers the filet, but they were VERY SKIMPY on it today. I hope this isn't going to be the tradition because the sandwich is great but if you can't even taste the cheese, it's just like any other chicken filet that they sell, and it just doesn't do it. They need to make it the way they have been since it's been out because I have gotten so many people going there that don't normally go there just because of this sandwich, but we were all disappointed today. I called and spoke to them and they said that's the amount they always use, and I told them I have probably had 30 of these sandwiches, and this is the first time it's ever been like that.

I'm sorry but I have to be honest for a company that considers them a Christian based company they are poisoning they are consumers you only have to look at the ingredients that are in Chick-fil-A sandwiches and chicken fingers if you put it up on their website they will take it down for they do not want the consumer to know what's in their product if you were to ask them for the ingredients and everything that's in their chicken sandwiches and in their chicken tenders you would be shocked and your mouth would drop. I used to love Chick-fil-A until I found out how they are poisoning they're consumers about the only thing that's healthy possibly is the salad but even that is in a chemical if you want a safer and better experience skip Chick-fil-A besides being over expensive it's unhealthy and today's society we have to watch what we eat and be informed with the trash that restaurants put in their food

My name is paul garza *******120 my family and i were at the chic fill a in eagle pass,texas today 9/13/23 we were the first in line inside the store we were asked to take a seat and that our order would be taken at our table.there were about 10 people behind us they were told the same thing we waited for about 25 minutes before our order was taken all the people behind us were taken care of first,i asked to talk to the manager on site she said this was a new practice she didn't even offer an apololgy if this is a new policy we will not be going back we are alarge family here in eagle pass and have alot of friends and relatives we will be telling everyone about our very bad expierence and recomend no one goes this is by far the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant here or for that matter anywhere, very upset and disapointed.i will also go on social media and express my disgust *******@yahoo.com

So the nuggets are good but to small the spicy chicken sandwich is delicious but it's not that spicy and it's to small but that SAUCE what's your recipe it's so good

This location is garbage, don't ever order after 9:00pm cause they close@ 10:00 pm so they want 2 throw your food 2gether

Me and my girlfriend got side eyed alot for holding hands and kissing here. Very rude, we left before even ordering. Once we got home we looked into it and found various articles about them donating to anti LGBTQIA+ organizations and things similar to that. I wouldnt be caught dead spending my money here due to it. Hope this helped! (Tbh the food probably sucked)

The sizzle was not as shown, it was torn off ans tasted very bad. Would not recommend it. Very unhappy
