I sent a message to Chicme Support email as soon as I received my order to request either a refund or to exchange the dresses for smaller size. I received a response saying they will refund me 10% of what I paid which is nothing. Be mindful when ordering from this site because you will not get a full refund. Smh

Great product. The pants are thin but they look good on. The tops I ordered didn't look as good as in the picture.
Bought toy for grandson. Unfortunately I hadn't updated my address and it was delivered to my old address. I got in touch and the parcel was re-delivered to my new address without additional postage costs. I am delighted the problem was resolved so easily. Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
