🧵 THREAD: My recent experience *******@Gymshark support has been downright $#*!ty. Here's what happened… 1/ I've been a loyal Gymshark customer for years and have spent thousands. My latest order never arrived—no package, no notice. 2/ When I asked support for help, they accused me of "linked account fraud" (baseless profiling) instead of actually resolving the missing order. 3/ I provided proof that a stranger signed for my delivery, but their "escalation" emails were just the same canned reply over and over—no solution. 4/ They refused to refund or replace my undelivered order, even though I followed every instruction and waited the promised time. 5/ I gave them multiple chances and a clear 48-hour deadline. All I got was silence or more "we're looking into it" messages. 6/ This bait-and-switch is unacceptable. A paying customer deserves better than being accused of fraud and stone-walled. 7/ I've filed a chargeback and will share every screenshot of this fiasco publicly. Gymshark—own your mistakes or lose more customers. If you're thinking of ordering *******@Gymshark, beware: once they've got your money, good luck getting it back or your product delivered.
Absolutely garbage quality clothing. Bought four premium pairs of joggers. One came already out of the wrapping and had broken stitches so I suspect may be a return. Wore a pair and after a week realised they had been slowly leaking the blue dye onto anything they made contact with, ruining bed mattress cover (see photo), socks etc. Put them in bath and ran cold water and they leaked blue dye (see photos). When I explained this to Gymshark they claimed it was a bad washing cycle I had used. But I had explained they were new and not even washed yet. They came this bad. They then did nothing. Shocking customer service. I will never buy their GYM$#*!E clothing again.
Happy returns = sending items back and not getting your refund because they "didn't receive" it
You guys are a joke
Third time they do not send an email confirming purchase and that I have to go through a dispute with my bank provider. A boot answers your questions which makes it utterly frustrating. They did not even send an email confirming the purchase and I did not receive the item I bought, THIRD time that this happens. I am wondering if this activity can be classified as fraud as it is recurrent.
My package was lost or misdelivered and the gym sharks will not resend my package without me paying for my shipment a second time. I will never use them again and will never recommend this company
Ordered my fiance some workout shorts for his birthday and just a gift, took two weeks to hear that one of our items was out of stock and we wouldn't be receiving them after we had paid the money for them, very disappointed in such a hyped up business! Customer service is also sad. They care about what the clout and what people think of them. Sad they let down their customers. Didn't even want to leave a star review.
1) Took months.
2) The tracking said it was delivered but it was not
3) Customer service phone number does not work
4) I will not upload proof of purchase that will have some of my info on it.

If you have bad customer service, it wouldn't matter as long as everything goes well and you don't need it. But apart from the fact that with every 5th return, something is booked incorrectly or you are sent the wrong item, Gymshark has recently excluded the return of underwear, regardless of whether it is originally "sealed". According to German law, this is simply forbidden! Answer from support "Unfortunately, regardless of your location, we're unable to accept returns for underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons." Unable... I have only ever encountered such dubious behavior at Mediamarkt. One customer less, but they don't seem to care. Poor.
Sizing guide is incorrect and off by almost two sizes.

The quality is terrible alone let alone for the price points they've set forth.
This will be my third round of orders to gauge the quality for their long sleeves, leggings, sports bras and tops. Everything has been return.
Last and final attempt and I can confidently tell you their products are being catered to inexperienced teenager influencers. Save yourself the headache and avoid.
I ordered a nearly $150 outfit. Couldn't be delivered had so email cause no phone number. Jacket was sold out. They resent the items anyways although I didn't want them leggings are super tight and supposed to be med? Yes right. Hard as well to return waste of money for hot thick items that's are not sent or no customer service and sizes are way off. I weigh 135 and the med is soooo tight on me. Horrible company
I purchased several items from them for my son over Christmas. 1 of the items did not show up at all, and the others were the wrong size. When I emailed the company, they said that the window for returns was passed, and that I was welcome to purchase the items again. Then they said I would get an email for other options, and nothing ever came. I have left 2 messages on their website, chat portion, and no help! Don't buy from them! They don't stand behind their products!
Ordered the same hoodies for my boyfriend and my dad, one was a Medium and one was a Large. The Large came way smaller then the Medium and now every size is sold out so I can't exchange for a different size. Not to mention this is the second time I have experienced sizing not true to what it says. I'm really disappointed overall. I found the customer service was worse, they weren't helpful, plus they were sarcastic back to me.
Ik heb spullen besteld die nog binnen het retour termijn terug gestuurd kunnen worden. Deze heb ik in de verpakking gelaten omdat ik al 3 weken op de laatste levering heb zitten wachten.
Nu is er een korting dus ik heb netjes een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag of deze verekend mag worden. Ik heb mijn spullen nog nieuw in de verpakking staan. Maar het beleid van Gymshark beleid is dat ik de spullen naar hun terug stuur, dezelfde spullen weer bestel en dan de korting krijg. Zeker in deze tijd verwacht je dat bedrijven wat klimaat bewust zijn maar dit is hier niet het geval.
Spullen zien er verder prima uit, ik heb ze alleen nog niet uitgeprobeerd.
I order like many others during the Black Friday sale. My total was charged yet multiple items had been sold out. I have only received 1 pair of shorts. The remaining of my $300 order is "lost in transit". I get all that and would have been happy if they would have just made it right. However when i wanted to know how my refund could be expedited so i purchase elsewhere to ensure my son gets his Christmas gift i received no response. No items, no refund, no response. Terrible customer service and of course only via email because there is no number listed and when asked for one heard nothing back. I'll be filing with my bank.
Honestly. I ordered stuff a few weeks ago, all of it came and it was the wrong size. That's fine, so I resent it back to them in their packaging with a shipping label back to them etc and exchanged all the xSmall for Mediums. It has been three full weeks without receiving an email about the exchange let alone even receiving the exchange. I got a notification it was delivered today. Expecting to see my new medium clothes, instead I saw that my money had be returned back to me for the items I WANTED IN A DIFFERENT SIZE BUT NEVER GOT! Instead they refunded my money and never sent me any clothes that i specifically asked for when making the exchange online. The refunding, exchanging and shipping of gymshark is absolutely horrible. I never even got a single email or my clothes that i exchanged and paid for!
Truly the worst customer service. 14 days waited to be told damaged(I had to look it up and tell them. No email.). 4 days to be told sucks do you want a refund. 2 days ignored by Nelgie to confirm (not a weekend by a representative). 2 days I had to open a new thread for refund. 3 days later refunded. (Then when I was refunded they blamed me for opening a new thread?!) customer named "Emer" gave me the most back handed email. Did not appreciate them I should've gotten paid for how much work I had to do because of their lack of communication. I loved this company before and have ordered hundreds of dollars worth but this is it for me after this experience. Refunded 20+ days later
I bought $30 pair of leggings and they are so see through... I can't even wear them because of how see through they are. For how much I paid, these leggings should not be see through!
My wife is a wellness model. Brasilian. These clothes seems mass produced low quality. Baggy in crotch and see through in butt. I was so excited for these clothes and there just low quality in my opinion.
I ordered during the Black Friday sale. Tracking says it was delivered in mailbox but I never received it. It wouldn't have fit in my mailbox to begin with. No call center. Contacted customer service and haven't heard anything. This was a Christmas gift that I desperately needed. Now I'm just waiting around for then to get back with me to replace and send my items ASAP. Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering.
