I needed an item by a specific date and ordered with them because with expedited shipping it would arrive on time. Well it did not. Customer service tells me that it will now arrive on the date that it would have arrived if I used regular shipping, AND they will not refund the $18 expedite fee (which was more than 50% of the cost of the order). Complete rip off. Of course they blame it on UPS and weather. Complete BS.
I order through Walmarts website who has a relationship with this Christmas Central company, that in it's self is interesting. I had no idea when I placed my order that I was not ordering through Walmart and that I would not be able to deal with Walmart if I had an issue with the order, let alone an issue with receiving or returning the product if I had a problem. Walmarts customer service basically said so sorry to bad we can't help as they debited my credit card for over $50 for Christmas pillows I was supose to get and shipping tracking number was a bogus number suposably Christmas Central said the order was shipped and I should have received it before Christmas. It never came and Fed-Ex verified nothing ever shipped from this company to my home. I have called 4 times now and twice got no one and twice spoke with a Rebecca that states she's waiting for shipping to get back to her to see if she can cancel the order or what happen with the order. She promises she'll call back and never does.
I'm not so sure I will ever see my money or the product and at this point I don't want anything from them only my money. Because of this I will never order from Walmart on line either.
I received an email it has shipped email 6 days ago and they charged my paypal (my order was a Christmas present) when i tried the tracking number 2 days ago it was false. When i emailed 2 days ago and called and left messages no answer, just a message they were closed - i called before their closing hours.
When i got through today after they checked my order to get the correct tracking number I received an email instead of a call that it will ship after Christmas.The false shipping email was obviously so they could charge paypal.
I order a wicker patio furniture formy sceen in porch, and paid over 1000. 00 dollars for it. It is the biggest piece of $#*! anyone could buy. I called the company and I was toldthey can do nothing to help me, I was toldto sell it myself. Really... DO NOT EVERY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased two items (totaling $100+) on 12/7. I had one tracking # assuming both items would arrive. Only one was delivered with the other no where to be found. I emailed for the other tracking # and received an automated response with the LENGTHY explanation/excuse. I understand the severity of the snow storm. By the time I placed my order (weeks after the storm), the website should NOT have been taking additional order if there were still shipping/fulfillment issues. Per the email they are back in business and up to date with orders and are running smooth and efficiently and getting orders out on the same day. YEAH RIGHT! Still no email response to my missing order. No tree for my apartment on Christmas. :(
Worse company ever. Product doesn't come and they won't answer e-mail. And phone calls are no good. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. And track you can't it won't work as well.
Ridiculous business, worst I've ever dealt with. Ordered $300+ ornaments for a project, I am a professional designer. Order placed 12/1/14 and I needed the items by 12/11/14. Saw on their shipping map that it will take 5 days to get the order, so I thought okay I have 6 days cushion for error. On 12/3/14, I received two separate shipping confirmations, one said the order was shipped UPS, the other that it was shipped USPS. They gave me a fake tracking number that was invalid for both UPS and USPS. Still have not received my items. I have called customer serve over 20 times, the phone is off the hook, I always get a busy signal. No response to my email and never have seen their live chat online. Stay away from these people. Is this even a real business. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal, I have opened a dispute and hopefully I will get my money back.
Hey, better contact the BBB people if you have already been scammed! And also contact the FCC, as I have already done. You may not get your product delivered or get your money back, but we can still fight back! Tell everyone online just how you have been treated by Christmas Central!
I am having a negative experience with Christmas Central too. They are blaming their poor customer service on the snow in Buffalo, which I am hearing that they do all the time. They never ever answer their phone or their emails! I am not sure, but I may have just thrown $50.00 down the tube, because I ordered my product and no delivery still. They gave me a bogus tracking # too. Watch out for this website people. You might never take delivery on your products! Going to report them if I don't receive my decorations by Friday!
BEWARE! SCAM! And HORRIBLE customer service. I have had the same experience as many others. I ordered Christmas Lights in October and they did not arrive. They would not respond to my inquiries and only responded when I filed a BBB complaint. They said they will not refund my money and will not send me a replacement product. They blame their customers for their own shipping problems! They also blamed the storm on Nov 18. However, I ordered my product in Oct and it was supposed to arrive by Nov 12, so the weather excuse is complete BS. Stay away!
I had a terrible experience with this company last year; same as everyone else, slow or missing shipments, fake tracking numbers, etc. This year I found the perfect Christmas stockings on Amazon. I saw that they were from Christmas Central, but I ordered them anyway. I thought that going through Amazon would make them more accountable but it has not.
Once again, shipping was to take 10 days, which is a LONG time in this day and age when same day shipping is available. A few days ago, I received a fake tracking number from them; same as last year. The items were supposed to arrive yesterday, 12/14, but didn't. Today I checked on Amazon, and they state that the delivery date is now 12/17. Christmas Central didn't notify me of this change. They haven't supplied Amazon with a tracking number.
I know Amazon will take care of me, but I really don't want a refund. I wanted my stockings in a timely fashion, before Christmas!
This company is crap! Their customer service is NONE! They don't give a crap about helping. Order ~$200.00 worth of lights, paid for 2nds day air, items in stock, site says will ship next day. Didn't ship for 2 days (and I paid for 2 day shipping)! I sent 4 emails trying to make sure the order shipped on time, same response everytime, 'I have contacted the warehouse supervisor'. The order will finally (hopefully), arrive SIX days later, for a 2nd day air order... No apology or explanation (there isn't one, they just sat on their butts).
Lovely site for christmas decorations and they sell the most unique snow globes. We got one that was damaged and they took care of us and helped us out. Very good prices too.

The return policy is extremely restricted. Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery, returns are docked a 20% restocking charge and they make no exchanges on returns. I wrote to their customer service department to question this and plead my case, but they did not budge. The return policy was not prominently displayed on the site when I was shopping.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
