Do not buy from them! Total scam. I spent $56 and waited 3 months for something I could have purchased at a dollar store. I was expecting life like animals and received very poorly made stuffed animals.

This company is crap! My mom ordered "life like puppies" for my kids and what she got was not what we saw in the photos. She got the crappy battery operated toy dogs that don't even work. The photos showed the very cute realistic looking toy dogs that you could bend into different positions. Not these 1980's toys that hop around and squeak. Save your money and shop Amazon this store has nothing but cheap crap they will sell you by posting photos that look 100x better then what you get! First photo is what we got, second and third are what we expected from website!
Not as described after waiting well over two months and going back-and-forth via email to get the products I was so disappointed when I opened up the package and saw the ugliest stuffed pigs and this little hard shaggy dog I am completely dissatisfied these were supposed to be Christmas presents for my 5 and 8 year old girls i'm in the process of trying to return them and get my money back and they sent me an email saying we apologize for the inconvenience and please take 10% off of your next order I was shocked and appalled I have attached pictures of what I was supposed to buy and pictures of what I received

This is the pig that cost too much for what I received. It is ugly and looks more like an aardvark, look at the nose. This company uses same advertising means but different company names. One dog was so small it fit in palm of my hand. 20 DOLLARS FOR WHAT? JUNK.
This company is nothing except a piece of crap. You will not get what you order, it takes weeks to get it, then it is a worthless piece of $#*!. The amount paid for this $#*! you could buy a real pet. Every thing is lies and deception. Do not waste your money, or your time. This is pure $#*!
After waiting over a month, I received the worst imitation, scamming stuffed animal ever! I did pay by PayPal however, and from reading other reviews I stand a chance of getting my money back. What cost me $43.18, is possibly worth $2.00 at the Family Dollar Store. You can't reach the given email (no such email exists). This site is definitely fraudulent and should be closed down... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Picture is supposed to be lifelike Shih Tzu, and French Bulldog... Nothing like the advertised items.
This was the BIGGEST RIP OFF I have EVER seen! Not only was it much smaller and there was NO moving parts that could be moved! I WILL be reporting to any reporting agency that I could find to report this TOTALLY FLAGRANT SCAM!

Don't fall for the scam. They are 100% rip off. You can request a refund at *******@kokoerp.com but they only offer a 10% refund. I gave them one star in order to post this review. But one star is too much!
I ordered the cavalier King Charles and "Casey" the Yorkshire terrier. What a crock. Shipped from China. The Cavalier is a about 2" hard foam with glued on fabric. The Yorkie is stuffed, but very poor quality with a red string in the poor excuse for a topknot. Hoping Paypal will refund since getting a hold of the people is not easy.
On October 17,2020, I purchased a "Lovely Puppy" after seeing the ad online. I paid $19.99 plus $9.99 shipping.
The Item was delivered to my niece after waiting over a month. However, the item bore very little resemblance to the item in the ad. It is extremely small, no more than 3 inches by 2 inches and is merely a very tiny stuffed toy unlike the "robotic" toy shown in the ad. This item would sell in a Dollar Store for no more than one dollar and could not be used as anything more than an ornament for a Christmas tree.
As many other reviewers state, avoid this company! The products are nothing as described. True scam!
Im beyond upset with my order purchased in September 2020 to just now arrive looking like somebodys child put together a figment of there imagination. There is no way that this acceptable. I have to say beware of social media sales.
Purchased 2 "life like" puppies and pic is what we got. Go to the site and the puppies are no longer there.
I ordered the "supposedly realistic German Sheppard " and I got a small plastic German Sheppard dog. I received notice that it was delivered and I was so excited. But I opened my door and no box; but a small plastic bag with a child's toy inside. I want my money back or send my Realistic Puppy. Very disappointed.
I ordered 3 life like puppies costing $67.56. The yorkie is a joke looks nothing like a yorkie.The corgi and husky are extremely low quality! Could buy better quality at dollar store or grabby machine! They are supposed to be poseable with moving parts. THEY ARE JUST POOR QUALITY STUFFED ANIMALS AT A HIGH PRICE!

Very poor communication, it took a lot to track down an email that worked and get a response! Shipping took forever!
They say the company is in California and products ship from the US, but they are actually in CHINA!
