I discovered these people knew absolutely nothing about the product they are selling. When I requested some information they told me to go talk to the person that I bought the watch from and I had only until June 4 to return the watch I bought three watches in one week. Had I known that these people were just an escrow company with no knowledge of what they're dealing in I would not and will not use there company again

Chrono 24 from a dealer Luxury and Jewels out of Italy. On the day of the transaction Luxury and Jewels dealer Allesandro, asked me to save time please send money direct to their bank which I did, (big $1600 mistake). A week later I received a Cartier watch but it was a cheap beat up Cartier watch with a $15 strap that I did not order, the watch is worth maybe $500. After contacting Allesandro at Luxury and Jewels he told me that he sent a Cartier watch I should be happy, I should go away. I contacted Chrono 24 customer service, what a joke that has been. Being in the watch business myself, I learned an expensive lesson. By the way, Chrono 24 still supports Allesandro at Luxury and Jewels... It'll happen again, Chrono 24 doesn't care...

First time purchasing a timepiece through Chronos24, an excellent marketplace for those looking for quality timepieces at less cost than the UK high street. I saved £1k on a new Tag compared to the high street shops. Purchasing was straightforward, your money is protected in Escrow and is not released to the seller until you are completely satisfied with the goods. Where Chronos24 excel is in their communication, very clear, and in support. We had a delay in receiving our timepiece and Chronos24 were straight on it to put pressure on the seller. To be fair the German seller was also excellent despite the delays. I also like how you can record all your watches in your account and get a regular update on their current value. Will definitely use again next time I want a new watch!

Not only did it NOT go sideways, the communication from Chrono24 was excellent and they delivered far better than they promised. The watch was a 2019 model yr and arrived via DHL in factory packaging with all proof of purchase and warranty items sealed inside.
