The payment escrow feature gave me peace of mind to buy a watch from a supplier I did not know. When there was a shipping issue I had confidence it would be resolved (and it was). The "mediation" feature however, is not clear to me. Somehow I invoked it when I was messaging the seller about the shipping issue. I received a message saying to check my email. The email said to check my messages. I don't understand what the mediation process was doing if anything at all. There didn't seem to be anyone intervening, I just worked it out with the supplier. The feature and how it works should be explained.
