There description was spot on, the watch was in great condition was delivered and processed quickly, had a small problem with the UPS facility was attempting to schedule a pickup but the Longwood Florida facility was permently closed down so I had no idea where the watch was located.

Being a hard core car guy since my youth, of course I have been looking to treat myself to the Tag Heure, Monaco, Caliber 12 watch that the coolest car guy, race driver, and movie star, Steve McQueen, wore. I finally decided to pull the trigger. Began the search once again. Chrono24 has always been one of the places I searched for the right buy, but never used them before. However, the reviews I read seemed to stack up more to the plus side. The seller I found was Las Vegas Jewelry & Coin Buyers. I almost passed on them because of how many horrific reviews they have. That said, they have just as many, maybe a little more great reviews. Having family in that business in Brooklyn NY, and having worked there in my youth, I am well acquainted with how insane many humans are when it cam to the value of their personal stuff, thus, I attributed 99% of the bad reviews to that. Longer story short, I went ahead with the purchase, dealt with Steve at LV jewelry & Coin, and they were 100%. Fast to answer questions through Chrono24, fast shipping, and bomb-proof packaging. The watch was used, but in like new condition. Could not be happier with the entire experience. I would highly recommend using both the Chrono24 platform and the Las Vegas Jewelry & Coin Buyers establishment if they have what you want. Thanks guys!
I purchased the Omega Speedmaster 007 from the website. The watch was listed in the $300 - $400 range. After which, I was contacted via email by Chrono24 support and advised in full transparency that the watch grade I purchased (not as described on the website by the way) was a 7 and if I wanted the grade 12 as described on the website I would need to pay an additional $700 - $800. The process made me nervous and canceled the order before product shipping. Excellent communication - fully transparent - watch wasn't for me - and I thought maybe I misunderstood the website description. Chrono24 agreed to the cancellation and advised me to stand by for refund. That has been almost two months ago. Weekly emails have been sent to Chrono24 asking, respectfully requesting, demanding refund. Always prompt and always polite the response is apologies we are working on it. The company deserves 5 stars based on customer service, except I don't have a watch and they have nearly $400 of my money. On one hand to be so responsive and professional and on the other to seem so misleading and distrusting is gross, but honestly what did I expect dealing with knockoff watch manufacturing. If they were willing to steal the design of another company than why wouldn't they steal from me. I allowed myself to play the fool for a cheap trick - don't be me in this scenario!
Watch looked like new, shipping was super fast and packaging was excellent. Will be taking it to tag store to have it checked out to be sure 100%.
