When I say that Citizens Debt Relief truly cares about their customers, I mean it! Wow is all I can say about Ernest, who has been a complete lifesaver during such a stressful time in my life. He has always listened to me (and I tend to ramble on the phone) and makes sure that my needs are being met every step of the way. I wasn't sure what to expect from debt consolidation, but was willing to try anything and everything to pay off my husband and my wedding from ten years ago! I am so glad I reached out to Citizens and am now on track to having my credit card paid off in just nine more months!
