I have purchased countless times from Cleanse and Co and have never been disappointed. Their crystals and crystal candles are absolutely amazing! I have ordered numerous mystery boxes and I can't describe the excitement of unpackaging their mystery boxes. Their packaging is amazing and I love the little card they put in with every package and the crystal cards to go with the crystals you purchased. They are definitely my favourite crystal company and I will continue to purchase from them in the future!

I have ordered from cleanse and co 4 times and only received 2 of my orders. The first arrived in a timely fashion, so of course I ordered again. The second experience was not so great after 6 weeks and little communication I received a full refund. So of course I gave them another chance, assuming it was a one off. 3rd ordered arrived after 3 weeks so I thought they must have gotten their act together. My fourth and last order was an absolute shambles, I placed my order in October. After 4 weeks I sent an email to chase it up as I did not receive a shipping notification or any communication whatsoever pertaining to delivery or stock. Then after nearly 2 weeks of emailing and again receiving little communication I am told the package is lost. 2 lost packages? No compensation, very little in the way of apologies. I am very disappointed as the products are good but unfortunately the business is poorly ran. Very slow to ship items, poor communication and lots of ‘lost packages'.

Placed an order and was notified it could take from 1-12 days to be shipped off. Contacted them on the 10th day as I had no communication and had heard very bad things about the company. The ‘customer service manager' who might as well have been called an automotive machine, notified me that there actually was a 5-17 day processing time so this information was falsely advertised to begin with. I then questioned why the processing time would take that long and why I had not been contacted if this had changed. She then responded with an automotive response claiming my parcel was lost (contradictory considering my parcel, in her previous email, was still processing). This company is making a fortune, not only on the products but the shipping (charging $40) and provides the worst service I have ever experienced (I have experienced a lot of bad companies before). I caution you not to spend your money with a company that focuses more on sending PR packages than they do caring for their customers who spend their hard earned money. The commerce commission should really be reviewing this business

I absolutely love Cleanse and Co. I've placed over 14 orders over the past year (slightly addicted), and I absolutely love each product I've received. My orders have ranged from crystals, lamps, bath soaks, prints, ceramics, books, angel cards, essential oil blends (obsessed with the cleanse' spray & I am whole' roller) and candles, especially the watermelon scent (which I highly recommend). This online store provides a wide range of high-quality, genuine crystals. It is honestly a one-stop shop! I also love the little extra touches you receive in your package - an incense stick and a beautiful quote card (I use them as bookmarks and have some on my fridge)! You can honestly feel the high vibes.

I began my crystal journey one year ago with this store, and I'll be forever grateful to them. I got sick, which left me with a permanent disability when I was 14 years old and ever since I have struggled with anxiety, depression, poor self-love and low self-worth. Now, as a nearly 22-year-old, I can honesty say their crystals and essential oils have changed my life as they comfort me in my low days, and have allowed me to reconnect with my spirituality.

I recommend Cleanse and Co to everyone as the owner and creative director, Hayley is spreading so much love and light. Xxx

O M GGGGGG! Whether you're thinking about purchasing crystals, candles, bath soaks, you name it, DO IT! I have been a returning customer of Cleanseandco for over the last year and I couldn't be more HAPPY and SATISFIED! The genuine love and care that goes into every single product, wow. I started off purchasing crystals to help me on my journey of self love, self care and self worth. And let me tell you, their products have made my heart and home SO FULL! Even my partner who is 32, has jumped on the bandwagon because he's noticed the benefits of these crystals! Honestly, everyone that walks into my house compliments me on how my home feels so light and zen hehe!
The quality in all of their products, especially the crystals is second to none! The BEST!
I have shopped around before, and so have many of my friends to see what's on the market and we are always returning back to Cleanseandco. You just cannot compare. And the prices, for the quality you get is sooooo reasonable. I've bought crystals that are more expensive, but also that are priced cheaper and you just cannot compare honestly. Genuinely, there's so many good things to say about this company. I cannot wait to keep purchasing from them for the many years to come, so that I can keep filling my home with so much love, light and positivity in my home for my family.
If you're thinking about purchasing from them, DO IT! You'll have no regrets, I promise!

This shop is absolutely beautiful I have shopped with cleanse and co on many occasions (like I have a slight addiction) the crystals are next level each one is so beautifully unique and they hold so much energy. The candles and beautiful and smell divine and love filling my space with the beautiful aromas and it's even better at the end of the candle I love cleaning out the crystals and adding them to my collection or I gift them to a friend. Haley the shop owner is such a beautiful person and I love how much time love and energy she puts into her products and business (thank you Haley for being such a beaming light) I can not recommend this shop enough xx
