I would not shop with Cleanse and Co again. I ordered a product from there over a month ago and have still not received it. I contacted Cleanse and Co, and the company Sendle they use to ship things and it has been 'unable to deliver' package multiple times, despite contacting both companies multiple times and having the correct address shown. I have not received an option for a refund, despite asking for this the first time it was unable to be delivered. The item purchased was a for a birthday present to be given a few weeks ago now.
They will steal ur money and offer no resolution! They have the worst customer service in all aspect of a small business
Never responds to DM's emails or through Facebook. Promises to follow up on requests and then never does despite finding the time to upload new stories to Instagram whilst customers wait.

I have made so many orders from cleanse and co and can not fault them one bit! The owner is so polite and the prices are great! Every time I make an order I seem to get a little free gift weather it be an incense stick or another small quartz type crystal! I'll never shop anywhere else!
Very dishonest seller. Photos seem to be photoshopped (see attached pics). Also ignores emails and Instagram messages and pretends she never received emails and dms. Finally was able to get this company to reply. I found the replies to be nasty and unprofessional. When asked about the photo advertised she said she holds the items a certain way to make them look bigger. I actually tried to do this (see pics) and was unable to. I do think the photos are photoshopped. Even if they were not she tries to make the items look bigger than they actually are. I have read previous negative reviews with similar experiences. There is also no option to leave reviews on their website or Facebook. False advertising and really bad customer service.
