I purchased a beautiful piece from ClockCanvas. I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately it arrived damaged by the shipping company.
Upset, I emailed the company immediately. I included pictures of the damaged piece, as well as the packaging.
ClockCanvas text me back right away. No back and forth, or finger pointing. They sent out a replacement the very same day.

I ordered a piece of art from Clock Canvas and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product I received. It arrived on time and in good condition, but the image was extremely out of focus. It was so bad that it was difficult to tell which end was up. What was displayed on the website was vastly different from what I received. When I contacted the company about my disappointment, I was told my picture was not supposed to be a sharp image (although that is what it looked like online), and that I should have zoomed in on the image online to get the true depiction. This is ridiculous because the artwork is 30"x60" in size. Don't trust what you see on their website, it is NOT an accurate depiction. Now I am being told I have to box this thing up and send it back before they will refund my money. I will never order from ClockCanvas again.
Very careful and meticulous Vendor, making sure to keep you informed of the process and stage of your purchase and delivery every step of the way, thus giving you peace of mind. The delivery agent was also flexible on the date of delivery, as I had to reschedule to ensure someone was home to receive since it was a large canvas.
