The picture I ordered was as described but arrived late despite my extra fee for faster delivery. The fee for faster shipping was was refunded but the gift arrived after Christmas when I expected it.
I didn't like that my free gift was also one of the items that I ordered

It was all good, but the email said I was supposed to sign for it, the delivery guy didn't ask me to sign anything, just luck i was home at the time and answered the door.
Disappointed that extra charges came after. I spent extra time on the phone asking about. DHL didn't track package properly. Finally picked it up at the post office. I won't use them again.

The canvas itself is gorgeous, really good quality and vibrant colours, as well as fast international delivery. Very very happy. My biggest shout out goes to the company's amazing customer service. I ordered this canvas as a present, but before I was able to gift it they bought themselves the exact same canvas, so I contacted the company to return it and I have honestly never been so happy with a company's service before, they really went above and beyond to help me and I'm ecstatic with the outcome.

As I expressed to Jessica not sending confirmation # to the ordering individual is very problematic! In other words you need to rethink only sending it to the Email associated with the PayPal account. My entire family uses the same PayPal account!
