Purchasing furniture online and custom made can be very frustrating, but everyone at Club Furniture made the experience effortless. When I placed my order, I was told exactly how long the process would take, and while it did take an extra two weeks, it was worth the wait. I am so excited with my Sullivan sofa in hollyberry, I could not be happier with the quality and workmanship... kudos to all who put so much time and effort into this product, which will be a centerpiece for years to come. I also want to mention the delivery process, which was flawless. While delivery is from a third party, Club Furniture has chosen wisely in the company they use. The process was truly white glove from the moment I was told that my order had been turned over to the shipper. Well done, everyone, I am a very satisfied customer.

It was very difficult to deal with Club Furniture but when we finally received the new chair for my husband. He was at first very happy with it. Now after using it for about 3 weeks, we have noticed two things that are concerning. One it has developed a hard knocking sound when he sits up like it is hampering it's way through our wood floor & two the leather that was so smooth initially is now feeling rougher. This is something that his old chair (a Lane) did not do & it cost less.

I am very disappointed with my recliner, especially since it was so expensive. It is most uncomfortable. In the upright position it feels like it's throwing me out. The seat is not deep enough and I feel like I have to brace myself to keep from sliding out. The footrest does not raise high enough unless you're fully reclined. I'd like to sit upright with my feet up high. Also the seat came wrinkled. On a positive note, it 's an attractive chair and I like it as long as I'm not sitting in it.

I had been searching a long time to find my new living room furniture. I was very nervous about ordering online site unseen. Every step of the way club furniture made me more and more confident of my decision to go with them. From the initial order to the intermediary checks to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, I appreciated the care I got as a customer. My furniture is absolutely beautiful. The materials are high quality and I expect they will last a lifetime. I would not hesitate to order from club furniture again. Delivery went well and was even earlier than expected. Excellent experience beginning to end. Clearly a great bunch of people doing great work. Delighted with the two Tribeca XL rustic leather sofas we ordered in Coyote Cigar color. The quality is exactly what I hoped for, in terms of the leather grain and color but also the upholstery and frame work. Super excellent and these seem like they will last a long time. Perfectly comfortable. Seat cushions and arm bumpers are generously proportioned and plumply firm. Will definitely be ordering more pieces from ClubFurniture in future. Highly recommend.

This is the second couch that I've purchased from Club Furniture, and in both cases, I feel like I got quality pieces of custom furniture for an unbelievable price. That's the definition of true value. I love the wide range of fabrics that are available and how quickly Club sends out the samples. I window-shopped at one of the high-end furniture stores that offers custom couches and the price I paid for this was much less with many more options for fabric selections, than at that store. I got similar styling, but better quality and price. It took about 9 weeks for my couch to be delivered and the delivery people were great to deal with. They called to confirm delivery time, put the couch exactly where I asked and took all the packing materials with them. It was truly a white glove experience. I will definitely shop at Club Furniture the next time I need a new living room furniture.

This was a major purchase for us. It was essential for us to "get it right". From beginning to end, our experience with Club Furniture was exceptional! The people were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful! We really appreciated their attention to details, guidance, and the fact that they went above and beyond to ensure that through the end stage white glove delivery, everything went smoothly.
