I had a great experience with Mark, He was thorough, professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I was comfortable having him in my home. His assistant, Brandon, was not an asset to the process. He was not efficient, not interested in learning, and took no initiative not even to put the equipment back in the truck. Mark was terrific and did his best. The information he provided was extremely helpful.
