I ordered a evening dress from this company and they tried to duplicate the dress I wanted. 1. They don't do express they just tell you that to get extra money. 2. They don't have that dress you ask for. 3. They duplicate the dress to make it look like the one you ordered. 4. Bad service of communication.

Fail. Worst dress ever. Not similar at the pictures. Don't buy. They don't return the money. It's not even close of what I dreamed

Very much pleased with the dress. It looked exactly the same as on the internet. The customer service was excellent. She was very patient while I was measured and assured me that I would have my dress by a certain date. I was very nervous and my original dress was not going to work for me. I am so appreciative the help! I received and was very satisfied with my dress. Can't wait to wear on my party! Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service and dresses are extremely low quality and unflattering. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.

I placed my dress order over a month ago I have had to pull teeth to get an update on my Wedding dress. I told them when I needed it by, they offered to give me a discount for the long wait which I agreed to. Then weeks later I decided I just wanted a full refund as to which they called me a liar and refuse to refund me any of my money. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES

I ORDERED A DRESS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT MY WEDDING DRESS I ALSO ORDERED TWO FLOWER GIRL DRESSES I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE I EMAILED NO REPLY I WILL BE CALLING MY CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL ORDER MY DRESS SOME WHERE ELSE

For one, I ordered my prom dress off of here thinking I was going to get the same one until I seen the reviews which made me rethink my decision. I instantly emailed them after purchasing to inform them that I wanted to cancel my order. On their website it states if you cancel within 24 hours you will receive your full refund which I cancelled literally 10 minutes after placing my order! After waiting forever I finally received an email back stating that I'll only get 70% of my money back! I didn't want to argue so I accepted it. It's been a day and I haven't heard nor seen anything about my refund I'm livid! Do not order from this company!

This company should be ashamed of themselves. They sell complete knockoffs and scam customers. They sent me a dress that was completely different from what was advertised. The dress ha drips in the wanna be lace (fishnet with random designs) Save your money and go somewhere else. Charged me over $200 for the dress and told me they would not accept a return for full refund and it would cost me $160 to return it.

My dress has not arrived and I'm waiting to get back my money... Do not order from here! I think most reviews are fake.

I purchased my dress for $360, due to covid it did take longer than expected but once it arrived it fit perfect. I had custom measurements and I couldn't be happier. I was so nervous buying a dress online and it not fitting me but I'm so impressed with cocosbride.com.

I fell in love with a dress I found. I placed my order. My dress came. Due to covid 19 I was unable to have my wedding on it's original date, (May 22nd) So I didn't think to try it on right away. When we started to get wedding things in order again, I took it to my mum's to try on. There we noticed a huge black spot on the back, we also noticed a lot of the lace was not completely tacked down. There was holes in it and just not what my dream dress was supposed to be. Now, they don't say this but it appears that you only have 3 days to return for full refund. Then under it says max allowance for partial refunds. I spent 400 bucks on this thing. They're only offering me 75 bucks! For Taylor expenses. What about the giant black stain? It's going to cost me over $100.00 to have it dry cleaned alone. In the middle of the pandemic when I get laid off I can't afford this. It's only right that they refund Enough for at least the alterations, and drycleaners. I'm asking them for just that and they refuse. Yes, it's been a few months since I received it. Tag is on it still, never worn, and messed up badly on their accord and they won't be willing to even fix the situation. Their "small employee" won't give me any other information. I do believe the return policy was just created and updated as of late. It is not the same as it was when I first looked at it. This is bull$#*!. Don't buy from them. They won't help you if your dress is messed up.
