Just received it today and it's so beautiful From my first communication to the delivery of the dress was an easy, smooth process. The dress was ready in 3 weeks after ordering I used a professional seamstress to take my measurements and it is a perfect fit. No costly alterations needed like when you order a dress from a bridal shop. It's perfect for my beach venue and the back of the dress with the train is stunning! Will add more pics after the wedding day!

Perfection is an understatement. What an amazing experience, I was was so blown away by their service, they communicate well, there are available to chat at any time, they give you the best advice and the are true to their word. Perfect is an understatement for their services. Cocosbride is outstanding and exceptional in all areas. When I received my wedding dress my gosh I was lost for words and felt like but buying another one just so that I can enjoy that experience over again. I wanted to give a detailed review to help other brides who are thinking of buying their gown online. I am from New Zealand and when I started looking at gowns I just could not bring myself to spend thousands on a dress for just one day. So instead I started looking online. I did quite a lot of research into different websites, and read a lot of terrible stories. I found that many websites looked unreliable e. G all the pictures looked stolen from designers and prices were too good to be true. Then I found cocosbride.com. This actually made me feel better about it. I did plenty of research, and read as many independent reviews as I could find. I found that it was mostly positive. I decided that I would risk it and I ordered from Cocosbride quite early, so that if it didn't go to plan I would still have time to find another option. I read every single piece of information on the website and I was appreciative of how they were quite honest about purchasing online. Also that there was a chat section so I could ask questions. I did ask several questions about fabric options etc, and the progress of my dress once I had ordered and for each request, the person made contact with the tailor and had sent me an email with a quality reply within 24 hours which was great.

I could not have been more pleased with my gown! They made ordering easy and I used their measuring instructions to ensure I had the right size... and it fit perfectly! I got compliments all day long. Even the photographer complimented me on how beautiful I looked and how well the gown photographed. My husband told me how proud he was of how beautiful I looked and it warmed his heart seeing me glowing! Thanks so much for being so beautiful of a very, very special day. From the initial ordering, throughout the travel process, the shipping information, down to delivery, Cocosbride kept me posted on the status of my order. And I've already started shopping for my next Cocosbride creation! Again, I thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Cocosbride really makes me have a good shopping time! Their customer service staffs are very prefessional and friendly. They answered a lot of questions of mine and guided me to finish the order. But most importantly, the gowns were of superior quality and workmanship. Intricate embellishments were lined and sewn beautifully and none of them was missing. I will DEFINITELY order my dress from Cocosbride and I recommend you do the same!
