IPhones and there is no way to do this once it's on

Subscription. I was able to get a refund through
Their bot but have sent 6 emails (there is no phone number and no live chat) still waiting for my refund and reporting them to consumer affairs and BBB

1 star is generous to be honest. I paid £349 & this product was not fit for purpose. I requested a refund and then had to go back and forth with "Grace" from Cocospy Support. I told her that the product was not fit for purpose, she tried to say that this was "personal reasons" and they did not normally issue refunds for this. I pointed out that she had miscategorised it & that if they refused full refunds for legitimate reasons that are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are, in fact, breaking the law. I have since looked further at their website and there are quite a few falsified and misleading statements on there and believe I would have a case for miselling as well as breaching the aforementioned legislation. Grace was only able to offer a partial refund. This is simply not good enough.
