Weed Hosts website hosting services will no longer accept Bitcoin as a payment method. We're thoroughly disgusted with Coinbase support. It's non-existent.

Invested $50,000 in Coinbase. Initially, encountered very polite and skilled specialists. However, the big 'But' is crucial – they turned out to be scams! Deceived and unable to withdraw my money, I sought assistance from support(at) fast-recovery(.)io specialists. It's still hard to believe they truly exist. Huge thanks to these guys—they successfully retrieved my funds!

This is the worst experience. Scam co which makes money on fees for everything. They lock your money for 11 days no matter what payment you use. Basically you can do nothing with your own crypto. Hard to return them to bank. Poor customer service. High fees. I used other apps with no delays or any issues. You cant even leave review on them. How so? FBI should closer to look at their business. Never again with them.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Coinbase

I recently encountered a distressing situation with Coinbase that compelled me to share my experience. The customer service I received was nothing short of abysmal, leaving me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.

For hours on end, I have been attempting to unlock my account, patiently waiting for someone from Coinbase to either call me back or validate my credentials. Unfortunately, this has proved to be an arduous and fruitless effort. The lack of responsiveness and efficiency in handling customer concerns is, quite frankly, unacceptable.

The prolonged wait times and the apparent absence of a timely resolution process have left me questioning the reliability of Coinbase's customer service. It is disheartening to see such a disregard for customer support, especially when dealing with sensitive account matters.

Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in Coinbase, and once I regain access to my account, I will be actively seeking alternatives in the market. A brokerage service should be able to provide swift and effective customer support, and the current situation falls far short of meeting these expectations.

I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, urging Coinbase to reassess and improve its customer service protocols for the benefit of all its users.

Coinbase support is like talking to a brick wall. Can't wait for AI to replace them. They are the worst.

It is impossible to withdraw btc for several months. They refer to the high commission of the network. As a result, the account has more than $ 5,000, but it cannot be withdrawn. The withdraw button is simply not active. I have some others wallets with btc and not have any problems with fees.

They devised a systematic way of locking people like myself out of their various accounts. Btc is rising I had over $46,083 in my account with them but, I was never allowed to get the chance to make a withdrawal. Every time I tried to a login it different error signs. I made several communication with them but no successful resonse. It was so awful, that infrawhite.com was my savior from them. I'm glad they kept their promise of helping me.

Coinbase refused to let me have access to my cryptos. After many communications, yet they still put a hold on it. Thanks fully I can accross a post here talking about a platform that helps. I had to do my research about them, I made my connection with infrawhite platform, who then took up my case and helped in getting back over 80% my funds from them.

When things are good, Coinbase is a perfectly decent exchange. But good luck if you encounter a problem. The Help/Customer Service is an insult. It's as if it's designed to do everything but help. When you do get to talk/chat with a live agent, they spam cut and paste responses which have little if anything to do with your problem and then typically end the 'conversation' before anything meaningful can happen. And this is best case scenario. I've used coinbase for 6 years, so, trust me, this is not a one time bad experience. They are consistently dreadful.

How the hell did this company get an IPO. It's trading fees are ridiculously high. And you'd think to make up for that they have good transfer speed. I've used defi wallets and know how long a transaction takes on the blockchain. Their method is slow for "security" purposes. But all it does is slow down the trading process and takes users' money.

I quit coinbase when they made it too complicated to buy $1200 worth of silver for my grandchildren and myself. I started buying elsewhere.

This is a dishonest and deceptive company. Their app is misleading. I clicked to sell my ETH-USD crypto and it just converted it to BTC and charged me $280. I was on the phone with a customer service located somewhere in Asia and having hard time understanding here, she instructed me to sell the BTC and this time she did it to USDC which not cash and they charged me again $280 fee. She couldn't get right but that was because there was no other option. They force you through the app to go through these cryptos to collect high fees. I finally was able to sell where they charged me again $280. At the end I lost close to $1000 in fees. Do not trust this company with your money. They have bad customer service reading off a piece of paper.

I still can't believe they played a fast one on me and they are allowed to continue to handle other people's money. I couldn't withdraw money running to about £89k I invested including the accrue profitor interest and have tried calling them, speaking to an agent and using FAQ. If it wasn't for infrawhite company who took it upon themselves to help me get back what had lost to them, I would have been in deeper pain by now.

This fraudulent, thieving company will lock you out of your account, with the intention of stealing your money when you finally abandon the account out of frustration. Their extremely low reviews, over all platforms, speaks volumes. What is outrageous is that a government regulatory agency hasn't closed them down.

I don't know why people still use this crap, the ui is awful, the ux is terrible, the support even real people are worse than robots. I really hope with all the time they've wasted since I became a customer years ago drives people away. Uphold is 10 times better support and real people, ui and ux actually works.

They answers only accordingly scripts, quarreled with the client service because of freezing my account for verification and make it really slow, for 3 months already but the KYC department responds only once a week, I'm provide a lot of evidence of the origin of money, but judging by the answers, they decided to teach. This is my first time at this kind of sytuations, I payed all my taxes and I now have to explain some offended girl that I'm not a scammer...

It's very painful when you invest your money to make more then you end up been striped off all your money, all access to my money is been restricted for no reason and all attempts to have it restored is to no avail!
