It's very painful when you invest your money to make more then you end up been striped off all your money, all access to my money is been restricted for no reason and all attempts to have it restored is to no avail! Closed ability to send after doing 2 small transactions. Then locked account- spent 4 days verifying account and resetting password while CB promised that would work. Every time I get a message that it's verified- it's still locked. Support is very bad and is like a robot saying the same thing - which does not work. After opening a complaint they close it immediately saying that I have an open support case. YES which you don't solve. I suggest all to use a different platform.

LSS, purchase bitcoins but decided to rescind in under 5 min. Contacted Coinbase via chat was promised it was no problem it purchase would be reversed since it did not process yet. This went on for 5 days of going back and forth with various agents. Chat was not working properly was lied to by all of the agents. No one had a real answer. The worst customer service ever, never resolved my issue, was promised call backs that never happened. The account was hit for fees for a purchase that I stopped and was processed and led to my account being locked. I have since stopped using Coinbase the worst in fees and service.

All I know is Coinbase are a group of organized thieves and after a near scam event of these frauds closing my account to defraud me I had them sued with jurisresolve.com and got back my money

Moving my crypto to Coinbase must be the biggest mistake of my life or a close second to something else I already forgot about and thus can't be that bad as this total disaster of a crypto asset nightmare, in every way possible they make you go around in circles to avoid having to release your funds including blocking access for no reason whatsoever but with the excuse that there has been some kind of security breach. My crypto assets have been inaccessible from the getgo and I got to hear from one of their professional scammers on the "help" desk they hired to do the dirty work named Abhisit that I can't move any of my crypto nor transfer it to my bank account until December 15,2023. It's 3 months from now. 2 factor authentication is another horrible nightmare designed to make you give up and keep your crypto at Coinbase for another week or longer since the code hardly ever arrives in your mailbox and if it does and you apply it, you still get the "Oops" message that "it looks as if it was an automated attempt", meaning you've got to start all over again and keep going further down Coinbase rabbit

I deposited new funds into Coinbase on October 4th of 2023. Coinbase initially put a 7 day deposit hold on my account because I deposited a large sum of money. After 6 days of holding my newly deposited funds, I get an email from Coinbase telling me that they're going to hold my deposit for another 7 days, which turned out to be 9 days when I checked the days remaining for my deposit hold in Coinbase. So 9 plus 1 makes 10 more days of my deposit being held. I called their customer service at (1) (888) - (908) - (7930) and spent almost 55 minutes getting put on hold every 5 minutes so they can talk to their specialist only for them to come back and tell me "There nothing we can do, it's the system that's placing the holds on your funds". I'm so frustrated. As of Wednesday, October 10th, Coinbase also put a "Buy Currently Disabled" restriction on my account, so now I can't even buy new assets when I see good opportunities. It feels like a bad dream.

I have verified my ID 4x since I got this account and when my computer got hacked by someone that I trusted as a friend, I lost all my passwords, had to get a new phone, my computer is trashed now and I've gone through hell to recover my life. I would think that I would be able to withdraw funds to at least recover some expenses so I'm not out on the street with a terminal illness but no. I have to deal with sabotage from coinbase finding every way not to put my new number in their system and making me fo back through the same process over and over again until I've been evicted for being unable to use my own money to make transactions. Gangstalking is illegal and participating in government harassment because I stood against vaccines that are poison is still illegal and all involved will be held accountable for their part in it. I pray for all that are corrupt on judgement day because it's around the corner.

Tried to signup, website says email already used? Tried to reset account however no reset instructions received. Tried to call Coinbase robot redirects to self support. I can't find email address for Coinbase Support. This fool not buying anything from Coinbase lol.

As a Coinbase customer from 2020, I've been happy with the level of service provided. I'm fully verified and I have passed all identity checks.

In September Coinbase has randomly decided to limit my ability to send cryptocurrency without any explanation provided and I have confirmed that this is a permanent restriction.

I haven't done anything to breach their terms and conditions. I funded my wallet purchased some crypto and simply sent it to an external wallet. After doing so they just restricted my ability to send anything at all. Support is nothing useful and just say whatever nonsense they can come up with to make you lose your patience and end the chat. Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen in existence, pretty sure they're all offshore agents from India and provide nothing of use to the customer other than greeting them.

1) Avoid Coinbase at all costs, since they will lock your crypto and force you to use paypal or whatever for withdrawals. Hence this means you have absolutely no control over your crypto if you prefer to store it in a cold wallet.

2) Don't send your documents after a lock has been placed on your account there is no guarantee they will remove the restriction if your previously verified. It almost feels like identity theft.

3) Never purchase or deposit any funds into your coinbase account unless you like to flip coins everyday thinking if you will be able to withdraw or not.

Again I would like to confirm I'm a fully verified customer from 2020 who never breached the TOS or did anything wrong on their platform. All I simply did was deposit and withdraw crypto when I felt like gambling.

The lack of transparency and zero explanation only confirm that they want me to sell my crypto in a panic to paypal so that they can keep it. Utterly ridiculous.

TREAD WITH EXTREME CAUTION AS YOUR FUNDS CAN BE SEIZED BY THEM AT ANYTIME WITH NO PROPER EXPLANATION AND NON EXISTENT SUPPORT.

I was scammed out of some crypto and I reached out to my crypto service, Coinbase, and they have never responded. I was hoping they would be interesting in learning about crypto addresses they could block to protect their users, and details of the scam to protect their users. Zero interest by them.

After changing the phone I had a problem with new google authenticator. They asked to upload ID. The system would not take it - tried multiple times. Dead end. After going around several times inside customer support maze, was able to send a message. Unhelpful autoreply. Two days later - case closed. Replied to reopen the case since no help was provided. No go. No case can be reopened. Went back to the site and after wasting a lot of time and effort found out that you can submit a complaint after you have a case open or closed. Submitted complaint. It said it takes 30 days bat got an unhelpful reply in 2 days. Explained the issue again. Eventually after about 9 emails got it solved. Told them that that this should not take so much time and effort - no plans to change. If my bank would treat me this way, I would leave immediately. Will try to leave coinbase as soon as I find a suitable replacement.

If you have an account with these millionaire criminals who don't give a rodents butt about you, your family, or anyone else other than themselves and how they can get richer off of your hard-earned money, you should immediately go to another source for your crypto currency servicing and trading needs.

After 9 months of paying their 29.99 fee, unknowingly, The cancelled the "subscription", but then they made me pay $30 in fees to sell bitcoin and close my account. If I decide to have exposure to crypto again, I'll buy GBTC.

Note- There is no way to talk to any live person. The only way to communicate is through their text, and they ignore you when they know the customer is unhappy. Employees are from outside the USA.
