1. They advertise a free delivery but what they don't say is that they don't then unpack your items and they don't allow you to pay them to unpack your items either.
2. Modular Sofa was sent with marks and they said I had to prove that it came with marks- they didn't believe me. It took me more than a month of back and forth via email to have the problems fixed.
Would not recommend at all! Not worth the few dollars less for the lack of price and quality guarantee as they are a broker and kept blaming the manufacturer but wanted me to pay for the problems the sofa came with. How was I supposed to know the sofa would have blue ink on it if they had not opened the sofa when they brought it?!
Coleman furniture has good collection of luxury Victorian style furniture. I was skeptical first buying furniture online but Coleman service and quality of the product made me feel good. While over all my experience was good in feedback would be that if they can reduce order to delivery time that will make overall experience even better. My order was large so no complain but it took sometime from what they said in the beginning to finally delivery the product.

The return policy is basically non-existent. Even when furniture is modular and clearly unnecessary or unused, they make returns nearly impossible. Everything is buried in fine print, and you only find out after there's an issue.
This company is great at selling, but once something goes wrong, you're on your own. I would not recommend Coleman Furniture to anyone who values transparency, fair returns, or basic customer support.

My husband and I were looking around for a new sectional for our family room. As if it's not hard enough finding the right piece, the differences in prices from store to store leave your head spinning.
I had ordered a hard to find piece from Coleman before, so when we narrowed down our choices to two pieces, I went on Coleman's website to browse. You won't get the same quick shipping with Coleman, as you may get in the furniture stores, but for the amount you'd be saving compared to the in-store prices, the wait is definitely worth it.
If you're in a position where you don't need your furniture right away, you should be comparison shopping with Coleman to try and get your best deal.

Online shopping was very easy. Delivery was perfect and desk was put together with no issues. Also bought desk in early November. Took advantage of the black friday offer to have a price match! Easy, quick and no hassles. Would shop here again.
I received my two chairs in a timely manner after ordering them previously with no delivery date in sight. Chairs are a good quality match with my set but very overpriced.
My furniture arrived damaged. Coleman does not give refunds. They sent technician to try to repair item. The drawers were also slightly damaged as there was some restriction in pulling out the drawers. Coleman was again going to send a technician to look at the drawers. Hence, I paid for an item that was damaged. I told the first technician about the drawer problem, but he merely said sometimes that happens when it's new. I feel Coleman's should offer some sort of partial refund for all the inconvenience and having to accept a damaged item.
The furniture is good quality and will last a long time. The delivery service was excellent. I will keep them in mind if I need more furniture in the future.
The bookcases are solidly built, finely finished and the delivery team was exceptional. The connecting fasteners allow for exceptional alignment.
This review is based less on the quality of the product and more on the level of customer service after delivery when I noticed the item was not what I had intended.
I purchased the Roanoke Cherry Credenza in Nov. Of 2025. The product was delivered in Dec. Of 2025. Upon delivery, I noticed that the credenza does not have a front panel, unlike the staging shown on the webpage. It has an unfinished front, as the desk is intended to be pushed up against the wall and not stand-alone in the middle of the room as in the staging photo.
This was an honest mistake on my part. When I called Customer Service to work out an exchange, I noted the error of my order, and the Customer Service rep proceeded to tell me that the staging photo was not a real product and this Credenza is their only SKU and always ships without a front panel. When I pointed out the 66" Executive Desk option that I really wanted, she briefly was confused as both webpages look very similar. After confirming that they were indeed two different SKUs and they they did actually offer the product in the photo, she told me there were a myriad of fees involved in an exchange.
Please be aware, that if you are looking for a free-standing desk, that you need to purchase the 66" Executive Desk not this credenza. Also, there is a $598 return fee without any flexibility. I offered to pay the difference for the new desk as well as some of the return fees, but I have not gotten any relief. Now reading other reviews on this product, it would seem like I am not the only one to make this error. The 1 star review is less for the product itself and more so for the customer care afterwards.
My desk seems very low. I mentioned it to the men who assembled it. They said it was correct. However, the desk is scratching the seat of my desk chair that I also purchased from you. I really do not know what to do about this. I am 83 and cannot reassemble the desk.
They assembled the merchandise in the room as promised. However, there is a problem with one aspect of the set-up/assembly of the desk and I have received no redress at all.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the 2 men who delivered and set it up. It is a beautiful piece of furniture. Thank you.

Furniture is beautiful. Love the quality. Loved how I was able to customize my order based on what i wanted piece wise. However, the process to get the furniture was a little longer than anticipated. And there wasnt a lot of options with delivery dates.
Shopping on the website was easy. Easy to navigate and checkout. If I had a critique it would be the website should try for better color accuracy. The item we purchased came in black and charcoal. There was less of a difference than expected. However we are very happy with the item. I want to mention that the delivery team was outstanding. Quick, efficient, careful in our home and they knew what they were doing. Very polite as well.
Great quality bed with two storage draws. White glove delivery was fantastic. The two gentlemen had the bed assembled in no time and they took all the cardboard and packaging material with them.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

Large, solid-wood furniture is extremely costly to ship across the country due to its size, weight, and the specialized freight handling required to transport it safely. When an item is returned, those outbound freight costs are not recoverable. In addition, once a product is returned to the manufacturer, a restocking fee is applied, as returned furniture cannot always be resold as new.
The return fee referenced by our customer service team reflects a portion of these combined logistics and manufacturer costs; it is not intended as a penalty. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control and cannot be waived or reduced. While we completely understand your offer to pay the difference for an alternate desk, the original shipping and restocking costs still apply regardless of the replacement item.
