September 14,2012 - I didn't notice dates on the other reviews on this site.
I am not associated in any aspect with colortonerexpers.com but, I was searching reviews on them. I noticed that from 2007 to 2010 the reviews were mixed enough to question whether I would take a chance. The reviews for 2011 to Present are on the high end. Also the Los Angeles BBB has given them a green light.
Just don't rely on this site to make your decision - check several independent sites and industry blogs to make your decision.
Watch out! This company will rob you! We paid over $400.00 for toner and a drum unit. Neither part was of quality. Print was impossible to read. Colortonerexperts told us that we would have to get a refund from Xerox. Xerox said they do not sell to this company. Now colortonerexpert will not refund our money. Beware they are crooks!
I bought from ColorTonerExpert because the cartridges are cheaper but the printing quality matches that of the original.
