Received my order quicker than the stated time and it was the exact OEM part that I ordered. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Stolen mony
August 14, 2016

Stay away with this web.
I knew them only when they have stolen my money from me. I knew nothing about them before that.
Have already logged a dispute with my bank.

All they will do is lie to your face and make excuses for everything. I wouldn't buy dog $#*! from this company.

June 23, 2016

They screwed up and made me wait over 2 weeks for gaskets that should have shipped in 24 hours.

Oh my god customer services that lie and con you

"these people lie i bought freedom true duals from these and they sent the wrong ones, so i called and marcus of customer service explained he would sort it. Few days later an email told me how he personally had made sure i was getting the correct pipes sent out. After a few weeks i emailed asked for a tracking number he said no worries when his wharehouse manager was in he will send it on after a few weeks more i asked once again, i assure you they are on there way he said once again i asked for tracking number since then nothing no emails and now i am pi**ed off they lie to you and dont give a dam. Do not trust these and well customer services want to be ashamed. "
But if you guys are still going to use them i have coupon codes that i have not used here they are and please use them before i lose them. HV7PX6MUU8PKZXY3 for $10 or 57NES8T4TTS2EWMC for $10 and last one D2GQX6V3X9N9RE8G for $50 these are real discount coupons that i will not use.

Spent almost a grand on parts, the seat needed lots of modifying to get it to fit, doesn't look right I am not happy for 500$, the other parts sent were wrong, instead of saying oh we're sorry let me get those shipped right away, i had to ship the wrong parts back before they would send the parts i had already paid for in full. Not to mention none of the original parts ship for 5 days after they took my money, now here I am almost 4 weeks and still with out my parts. Spend 5 $ more buy somewhere else, and do not buy from these people, the BBB rated them poorly, and 99% of the reviews i found after the fact say the same as i do, customer service sucks shipping is slow.

Before ordering a slip on muffler for my Yamaha 950 V-star tourer I contacted CC about the Vance & Hines slip on muffler to ask if the V&H mufflers would fit my bike and stated that I did not want the loud raspy sound nor the backfiring at deceleration. I was assured by their "in-house expert" that the V&H would fit my bike and that they were the quietest mufflers without the loud raspy sound and no back firing upon deceleration. So I ordered the mufflers all aware of the no return policy. Upon receiving the muffler, it did not and would not fit on my bike. But thinking that maybe the mounting could be resolved with a rework of the bike's mounting bracket, I throttle tested the muffler and found the pipes to be very loud, and they backfired excessively. I contacted CC and they told me that I had to purchase a fuelpak to solve the backfiring, but nothing was said about the mounting problem. Asking what was I to do with a brand new muffler that couldn't be mounted on the bike, they "advised" me to try to sell the muffler on Ebay. So much for their in house expert AND trying to resolve the mounting problem AND refusing to accept the muffler for refund inspire of the faulty mounting problem. Not a very reliable company in working with a customer who has a problem not the fault of the customer.

I have been using Cruiser Customizing for a year now. I have had a few things needed to be returned and a few replaced. Every time, without hesitation they helped me whether it was my fault or theirs they were always willing to go the extra mile to fix the situation. They have great how-to videos and a website that's users friendly. They are a 5 star business and I will continue to buy product from them for my motorcycle!

I like buying online for parts due to low prices but when you are buying cycle parts it is better to talk to someone just to make sure you have the exact part you need. I like shopping at competition accessories as their sales reps really know their way around cycles.
