I'm so angry. I spoke to the salesperson and said I was tired of buying from sites that don't generate their own leads. They buy from other sources and get people who filled out survey's, etc. They ASSURED me they weren't like that. They said they generate their own leads from their own sites. Sure enough the first 9-10 leads they gave me are garbage. People have no idea why I'm calling them. They have no interest in insurance. Stay away from this company. You've been warned.
Spent $250 on $9 health insurance leads. WAY higher than others and sadly WAY WORSE that the free leads our company gives us Over 50% are bad phone numbers. One person was deceased; one had requested info "a long time ago" and not a single one that I have even gotten in touch with was interested in getting info or a quote. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and MONEY! Very disappointing for a new agent with not much money to spend. Requests for credits on bad info often refused; account manager does not respond once you pay your money. BAD all the way around.
Just another TERRIBLE lead source with a TERRIBLE "threshold" return policy ready to waste our time. They promise the moon - like the others - and end up the same. Don't waste your time
We get the most information for leads from them and it allows more time to talk to the customers about important things instead of having to ask a million questions like it's an interview

In the many years I have been working in the business. I have not found a simpler way to get leads. The software is easy to use and the staff are friendly and able to help.
They lie upfront about their lead quality and how you can set your schedule. Then they send you all sorts of random leads, never does someone have a DL. The live leads have no idea why you are on the phone with them. Once you've had enough and cancel, they forfit all your credits then never refund you the rest of your money.
Leads were the worst I have ever paid for. Bad experience compounded by employees that are a combination of incompetent and rude. High employee turnover makes it even worse.
Don't waste your money. If you BUY these leads you will get- bad phone numbers, people that don't know why you are calling them and a company that even admitted errors in disclosing everything to me when I first signed up. To all my insurance agent competitors- use Contactability- you will be so tied up trying to work their leads and frustrated- I will have time to work the leads you can't get to.
The employees are incredibly rude. When asked if I had access to the agency e-mail I said it depends on the type of e-mail. The representative became irate and said "it's a simple yes or no. You either do or don't." He previously had called and when the owner said she was not interested in a lead provider at this time he told her she'd never make it as an agent.
My agency, Pfeifer Insurance Brokers, has been using Contactability for Personal Lines leads for about a year. The quality of the leads are better than their competitors. The cost of the leads are half as much as I paid elsewhere. The return policy for poor leads is liberal. I've had 100% of my returned leads refunded. Contactability has been easy to work with. There is no long term contract and the cost to start is super low. I encourage anyone who is interested in internet leads to give them a try.
Nick at Contactability has been very committed to creating programs for our agency to help us produce the best results for our dollar. We have used several of their programs and Nick has been an excellent resource for championing our needs.
Over half the calls that come in are for people looking to speak with their 21st Century agent. They claim to have the best return policy, but denied a return for someone who was looking to report an accident.
Had trouble with our account manager taking care of our returns & getting back to us in a timely manner, so we got a new account manager. Within a couple of weeks, we were having the same issues with the new one.
Between the horrible leads that are sold and the unhelpful account managers, you will find yourself spending more time on returns than working good-quality leads.
Our office has bought $1000 worth of leads at BOGO 50% off, and we have not even made $500 yet. Id recommend putting your money elsewhere.
These guys are great at weeding out bad leads and sending qualified leads to my phone. My Rep is easy to work with and always answers my calls.
At the end of the day, when you evaluate the companies you work with, Contactability leaves you high and dry. Promises without follow thru. The unprofessionalism and disregard for those working with them is truly astounding. My advice is to look elsewhere. Unless your okay with compromising all you stand for. Your better off going with another similar resource.
Unprofessional leadership staff with no ethical commitment to their own employees. They fire people right before xmas with no explanation, no notice, and withheld earned wages. My next step is filing a wages claim with the state Backstabbers thru and thru. You've been warned
