Easy to use and easy to work with. I have obtained some really solid leads and some leads little colder. They quickly refund you for bad leads. Reps give good advice and service. I have written more than enough business to make it work for me. I will definitely keep using for my agency.

Sometimes its hard to be in the office and do sales at the same time. Contactability offers a great solution and it works. Clients who are actually in need of insurance call in and get transferred directly. No competition on who gets it first. You are exclusive that that caller. Ive tried a couple different site but this works the best

The live transfer leads are great they connect a consumer looking for insurance right away they might by at the moment but you establish contact which could end up making money

Great leads. We started using call leads and there amazing great closing ratio. The flexibility is a great thing, things happen and some times you just need someone to answer the phone and they have great customer service, and Nick is awesome as a rep.

Troy Gala has been working diligently on getting this to work. Slow start but seems to be getter better

Very good company. I have been doing internet leads for over a decade and anyone complaining about quality has not had the experience necessary to properly evaluate. Nick is great to work with and the leads for the money are the best out there.

Lead volume is low. I don't receive many very often. The quality is somewhat sub-par. I often get auto leads with poor driving records or from outside my home state.

The leads have been coming in steady of 3 per day. These are shared leads and need to be contacted swiftly to insure 1st contact. The prospects do get many calls and at times it is hard to sell. I average about 20 % closed.

These guys are awesome. The leads are always there and if for some reason you need to return a lead if theres a bad phone number or address they are really fast at returning so you can focus on your business.

I've been using ContactAbility for about 2 months and overall happy with the leads that I receive. The live transfer leads cost more but so worth it. My ROI is there, so I will continue to using their service. When a bad lead comes in, its very easy to dispute and get a refund.

Closing at a higher rate than with other lead sources and they have refunded any bad or misrepresented lead without question.
